A very bad service. More than half an hour in the establishment and they never delivered the coffee. Customers came in and left first than those of us who are waiting. The worst shitty service
They should’ve closed this location down instead of the Bay Street one, or moved all the employees from that location to this one. I waited for a long time for a sugar cookie latte that had 0 sugar cookie syrup.. Bay Street would’ve never done me like that 😪
Always like Starbucks

This was one of the cleanest and open Starbucks. When you walk in the door, you can feel the positive energy. We were in town for the weekend and we ended up at this Starbucks two days in a row. We had the pleasure of meeting Candice. We were fortunate to have such a wonderful person to interact with. It was clear that they were running shorthanded, but you never would have known that by her demeanor. Candice reminded me of a duck. She was all calm and pleasant and all the while, her hands and legs were going to town. All of the Starbucks I’ve been to have had a consistently good products. The coffee is great at all of them. It’s the people at the stores that make it the only thing that changes. Candice gave us memorable service. It was quite obvious that she was the main source of the positive vibe. Thanks Candice. ❤️

Horrible service. I was completely ignored. Not even acknowledged. I walked out. As a local, I won't be back.

The homeless were in half of the seats with backpacks on the tables and charging their phones very off-putting, especially if you have kids. Basically, it is a shelter that serves coffee even though not one homeless person had a Starbucks cup

Do not come to this Starbucks if you don't want such a foul experience that it ruins your morning.
Staff was training a new hire. New hire was very nice, although she made a mistake on my order. I let one of her supervisors know that my order was incorrect and was told that they were out of.. mocha sauce? (laughable given that it's such a fundamental ingredient) . Instead of treating the situation with maturity and respect, her supervisor unleashed her frustration with her employee on me through a condescending tone and furrowed expression, an attitude that I can only imagine develops through an external locus of control and the belief that it's others' fault for things. I had no problem with the woman that got my order wrong, but it's the supervisor's job to amend the situation and provide training, not taking out rage on customers. That ironically made her exponentially more aggravating than the employee she was angry at. I will take my business elsewhere.
Also, the floor plan is horribly designed. There is hardly any seating, and the narrow aisle to order and wait around is just awkward.
To those considering coming to this Starbucks: There are plenty of other great coffee shop choices around downtown Savannah where you can support local businesses and receive higher quality coffee and service for a cheaper price. Don't waste your time.

They rung me up wrong. Poor service and even the manager didn’t know what he was talking about.

I ordered a large got a small it was way to strong, very watery and when I reminded her I ordered a large due to the short staffing and there being busy I could tell it was a problem, the cashier was not one to work well under pressure, I just won't return to this location to many other choices that are friendly no matter what, stay local!

EXTREMELY slow! If you pay cash, make sure you count your change as I was almost cheated twice. Not worth the money.

If you're in Savannah, besides the Starbucks on Abercorn Street, you definitely need to check out this location! The staff is super friendly and always make us feel welcome. My boyfriend and I love stopping by on weekend mornings, whether before or after hitting the gym. It’s such a great spot!
One time, I accidentally dropped my drink. The lovely lady working there noticed I hadn’t even taken a sip, so she made me a new one. It was such a kind gesture! We've created some wonderful memories here, mixed with a few sad ones, but the happy times definitely shine through.
There was this one memorable visit where we sat at a table near the restroom and struck up a conversation with a lady who was writing a book. She told us she liked our vibe and plans to include us in her story! It was such a fun moment. Overall, it’s just a fantastic place to relax and enjoy great coffee!

No public restrooms, enough said. Loyal customer of 30+ years and was not allowed to use restroom without purchase. Ignoring the 1,000+ purchases I have made in my lifetime 😢

I went in the first time for a water and pup cup. They said they dont offer water without a purchase but saw my dog needed some water and kindly provided some. I Came back later and ordered a drink and they gave me a large pup cup and another water, appreciating our retuen. Very nice staff even though corporate is becoming profit over satisfaction.
