Ordered a non-dairy white mocha, and received a dairy milk in my drink, as well as missing whipped cream (yes, i order whipped cream if I do order a non-dairy milk because a little doesn't hurt). Was too far away before I started noticing how sick I was feeling from drinking a latte with the dairy milk.

went here to work for a little bit this morning — haven’t been since i lived here in high school. renovation is probably old news by now but it looks great and the baristas were all nice and friendly!! coffee was also as expected, and WiFi was steady. good trip all around

Kat is BEYOND amazing! I walked into this Starbucks and accidentally left my phone (which had my Starbucks app on it) in the car with my husband? Kat did everything possible to help me use my points and to say that she went ‘above and beyond’ would still be a drastic understatement. A few minutes later my husband begrudgingly trotted in with my phone and saved the day lol, but I was still stuck on how TOUCHED I was by Kat’s genuine kindness. She navigates the area as if she truly LOVES working here and the beautiful light from her good vibes are so contagious. She is a one of a kind GEM and it feels as if my day was made immediately better just from meeting her?

If I can't eat my outside cookies with my coffee I bought from here. Why can other people drink McDonald's coffee and sit in here? We had outside food and drink but we put our drink in one of their cups and at least I bought an iced coffee and I buy coffee from here fairly regularly so if you're just going to let someone sit in here and drink McDonald's coffee then why am I buying coffee here in the first place. Nice staff but don't come up and harass me and my friend over outside food and drink when they let certain people sleep in there and drink McDonald's coffee? Wow

Starbucks is always great! You can count on the drink consistency, the use of quality ingredients, same food choices no matter what SB you go to. All of the SB have charging capabilities, at least all of the ones along our route from CA to FL to MD and we stop in each state. I love their creative refreshers, cold coffee beverages, and milk/non-cow ? milk options.
The manager and assistant manager were SO friendly and helpful. I am usually a Dunkin' girl, but my husband and I were on a weekend getaway and stopped by here to get me coffee. They helped me figure out what I needed to get the same coffee flavor and "taste" that I usually do at Dunkin. They may have converted me to be a Starbie now. ?
Ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso on 8/30/24 around 5pm. I paid more for an extra pump of brown sugar and an espresso shot. I was just a straight black coffee shaken with milk. No brown sugar and an extra shot. Also when I requested light ice. Barista made a comment of extra ice and walked away. Man needs to find a different job. Too late to ask to be remade as I was already at work. Poor service. Establishment needs to retrain employees

The Malik cashier who rang us up and took our order was amazing. It was busy, so the weight was not long however, one of our drinks was incorrect and the female who ended up having to correct. It was not really happy to do so.
