Our fav Starbucks they get it right 9 out of 10 times!! Morning shift is always super friendly and eager to help! Go in the afternoon be prepared to wait and don’t expect super friendly staff at that time. There’s a lot of transient people sitting in the lobby daily so be aware. But it’s a perfect location for a quick coffee.

I always hate when I have to come to this Starbuck's instead of the one on Bay St or Plant Riverside because it smells absolutely disgusting every time I walk in and is always crowded. I shouldn't walk into a place that serves food and drink, while at the same time trying not to gag due to urine and other bodily smells.

Probably the worst starbucks I have ever been too in America.Dirty, service is bad. Not all but some staff are extremely rude and will attempt to patronize you if you ask for mistake to be corrected.If I could give zero stars I would.Rather drink day old gas station coffee than come onto this starbucks again.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, this starbucks.

Understand Corporate has rules for allowing anyone to loiter inside the business whether a customer or not, but hard to enjoy having a cup and pastry with a passed out guy at a table with cigarettes fallen out of the pack on the chair and floor, and another transient eating and drinking outside food or drink asking customers for money, while sitting at one of the Cafe tables indoors... Just makes no sense

Love coming to this Starbucks Maya is always on point with her drinks and is super friendly. The store well taking care off , the atmosphere is relaxed and easy going.Parking: Parking garage is right across the street from Starbucks
Extremely nice staff. Do not go to the Starbucks by the river. They were extremely rude and messed up our drinks. We came here and Anastasia was so nice. She remade my girlfriend’s coffee. The entire staff was nice from the moment we entered. Will always come here in the future. Highly recommended.

Morning stop for coffee just to experience cashier with a bad attitude. Coffee shop was full with just 2 employees on staff however sole barista while overwhelmed maintained a positive outlook and attitude. Cashier person named Karmen was rude, unpleasant and had the personality of a dry sponge. Not the person you want representing your business. Do Better Karmen!

There's a barista named "Pranav" otherwise known as Coffee master... he was very quick with making our drinks! All with a smile on his face!! I have had many negative Starbucks experiences so it was spectacular to have a positive experience that was so fast with perfect customer service!
