I went this morning. I had a much better experience than I did previously, thanks to Mariah. Although I wasn't met with a smile I felt comfortable and welcomed. The manager offered a smile, which was nice. The bacon egg bite was soooo good!
This Kroger Starbucks is elite. Specifically Mariah and Erin. I work down the street and will come in for a rushed coffee and they already have it ready before I’m done paying. I’ve seen each of those ladies run the entire location by themselves and keep it moving. 5 star professionalism, quality, and the ability to make customers feel like regulars. Top tier.

Everything tasted fine I mean the person is doing everything in front of you so they can’t put stuff in ur food but don’t expect good treatment if you are white. The person who worked there today during their shift gave me hateful eyes and shook their head after asking if tall meant small? Then when I heard her voice sound kinder to the person behind me after I look over and she was colored. So I get bad vibes for being white??? I’d rather go to Starbucks at target. That person in the shift around 4:30 on 7/7/24 had the worst energy without having to say much. She came off as racist to me. That was awful.
