Unbelievably slow service—26 minutes for a basic iced Americano. Staff seemed overwhelmed, but this is clearly a management issue. Avoid if you’re in a hurry.

I went there this morning and had an awful experience. I have a loyal customer for years. The Starbucks app was advertising a free coffee for today, my app seemed to not be working so I went through the drive thru. as I got up to the speaker I let the employee know the issue and proceeded to order my coffee, the employee told me my total and I thought maybe it was just a misunderstanding but as I got to the window the employee told me my total again, and I proceeded to to say I have a free coffee but I was unsure how to pull up a barcode. the employee at the window aggressively grabbed my phone out of my hands and I saw her try to scan my debit card on the app! I asked her please do not scan my debit card and to help me find the reward barcode if there was one, she proceeded to try to scan my debit card. long story short I ended up getting my coffee and it was not what I ordered, at the end of the day I was still unsatisfied with the service I received.

I went to the drive thru on Sunday February 2 I ordered the Bacon Gouda Sandwich and my egg was ice cold!! Very disappointed didn't have time to go back I was heading to church service...

My friends and I attempted to record a short podcast episode two weeks ago. Initially, the manager approved our request. Two customers complained, a male/female couple, (we were completing our setup in the REAR OF THE SPACE and hadn’t even started recording yet). The manager, who initially approved our request, later informed us that she thought we were recording a voiceover and didn’t realize it was a podcast, though we informed her of a PODCAST recording upon entry and SHE APPROVED THE PODCAST RECORDING. We believe her change of heart was based on the skin color of those who complained. SN The couple didn't even remain in the space once they received their order.

Longest wait. 35 mins for 2 coffees. 9 staff wandering around not looking like they’d knew what they were doing. So painful.

Don't ever try an order food here doesn't matter if it doesn't even need warming it will take 30 minutes to get it. It is absolutely not the staffs fault as they are running around like chickens with their heads cut off- poor management and bad equipment are probably to blame. I feel sorry for the poor employees that are getting yelled at for things beyond their control but this place is atrocious

They always mess up my drink or out of whip cream. in the morning, they either don’t mix my drink and then the afternoon there out of everything got to go to another Location😒😒

Order/display sign in the drive-thru broken so instead of putting a sign on it telling customers how to order we're supposed to guess. Total waste of time. Will keep going to Abercorn for now but last time coming here. I probably spend min $200 per month on Starbucks and tip another $100.

My uber driver picked up my coffee and muffin and the coffee spilt in his car because the dumbass wouldn't take the coffee out of the bag and into his cup holder now i have half a drink thanks a lot zero common sense Starbucks workers even if you told to do something it's better to use your common sense

I came into an empty dining room. Tried to order a sandwich that they did not have in stock. That wasn't a problem for me. Then I ordered a drink and another sandwich. The dining room order line started to fill up. After about 10 minutes I received 2 cups because they ran out of venti cups. And then I looked over the counter and my sandwich was just sitting there. It's been 20 minutes and I have not received my sandwich. This was a bad starbucks experience.
