UPDATE: Today I waited 10 minutes at the register without anyone even acknowledging my presence. Six people working or more. Not even “sorry for the wait, we’ll be right with you.” I don’t care how good the coffee is; the customer service is awful.

Best Starbucks in Savannah! A little slow when you order food, but that’s nitpicking. The coffee is always good, the baristas always polite, and the location is convenient.

Fast service despite very long drive thru!

I just got some drinks about seven minutes ago, and the pink drink I ordered was finished in two sips. It was just ice. Please, please don’t do that to your customers. This has happened to me before, but I couldn’t just not say anything, so I had to leave you a review. Just look at the amount of ice.

I stopped in at Starbucks on September 10, 2025 at 2:31 PM. The young lady who helped me seemed like she might be new, but she absolutely crushed it. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. I really wish I had asked her name, because she deserves recognition for the way she carried herself and represented the store.

Love Starbucks and this is the worst one in history. Regularly they keep mobile order open and make you sit through the drive through it takes forever. Staff problems here.

This store is ridiculously slow... but unfortunately, it’s the closest store to me. I order on the app typically 20 minutes ahead of time so that my order can be ready so that I can make it into work on time. However, Dad has been multiple times when my order stil is it ready… though I’ve somewhat come to expect this.
After ordering on the app this morning, I get to the store and there’s a sign that says they are not taking customers indoor and if we order on the app, we still must wait in the drive-through line. I attempted to knock on the door to ask in the handing my drink because I could see it sitting in the pick up area, but they just looked at me and pointed at the drive-through.
Waiting in the drive-through line behind people who don’t know what they want and waiting for them to make orders, defeats the purpose of ordering ahead in the app.. If we aren’t able to go inside and pick up our orders, then this should be stated in the app before ordering or in app ordering should’ve be disabled…. It’s a waste of my money and time. I won’t be going back.

Management needs to step up. Service station and bathroom were disgusting. No manager present. Ordered an almost $8 venti pecan crunch hot oatmilk latte, it came with no pecan crunch and it was iced. Why bother asking what I want when y'all are just gonna make it however YOU want anyways. Sad to be so proud of a dump. And even sadder when it’s your first time inside that location.
