The young staff here is amazing! They were out of a ton of stuff this morning (not a fault of their own) and i could see the stress it was causing but both of the girls working were nice, professional and did their best to please the customers, even the rude ones.Wondering where the manager was during this though.. It was unfortunate to see the 2 of them under so much pressure and having to explain to customers that it was not their fault that the online ordering system was no updated.

Just want to say the young lady working by herself today on 8/18/23 is amazing! shes stressed but even though she has a huge line shes embracing everyone with smile on her face. THANK YOU

I go to Starbucks every day for a black iced tea. The Starbucks in my Kroger on Wilmington Island always makes the tea wrong. You are supposed to fill the container up to the tea line with the tea out of the pitcher, then add water to the next line, then add ice and shake it. Final step is to pour it into the plastic cup. The employees at this Starbucks were either never trained or they are lazy. They just pour the concentrated tea into a plastic cup and add a little ice. It is way too strong to drink. I am too polite to keep correcting them and as their employees seem to turn over frequently it does no good anyway.

Absolutely the longest weights of any Starbucks I've ever been at. The customer service model is not very good here. The people who are at the windows are sarcastic.

Wow! I didn’t expect to get my order right since the previous Starbucks got my order wrong I ordered mango dragon fruit with whip cream and berries on top and cake pop and the 2 young baristas were so nice I come here every time I go to Kroger now

This was the longest I've ever waited at a Starbucks. They weren't even making cafe or mobile orders, only drive through. I waited 25 minutes just for an iced matcha latte. There was barely any room to breathe because so many people were waiting for mobile and cafe orders. When I asked if mine was coming up anytime soon, it was magically the next drink they worked on. The woman who ordered before me was still waiting when I finally left. Will not return to this location.

Always a long line, never enough baristas for the customers, and they don’t even scan the Starbucks app codes. So when I went in this morning for my birthday reward, they couldn’t even give me one because their system doesn’t scan the code.

If youre White and straight you'll be forced to accept their deviant behavior and participate in their delusional mental illness or else. So while they're justice warriors I'd be more concerned about the overall nastiness of it all. I mean you've got people who don't even know what sex they are serving you coffee and pastries, and they can't even get that right either.....

Went this morning for a cup of decaf. This location actually brews decaf coffee unlike many others who have to do an Americano or a pour over. No wait and the employees were both polite and engaging.
