Stood outside for 15 mins waiting for them to open up 15 mins late. People have work early and need their coffee, very unprofessional to have two people inside not opening the doors.

Awful experience with the girls serving. They are very rude, not our problem they’re having either a bad day or they just hate their work. Would be awesome if you someone can teach them how to be at least good at making coffees

Have been at this place for several times and this is the first time I decide to write a review, because my friend and I had a bad experience with the people working on April 7th, we're not from this country and our accent may not be the best, but we specifically ordered an item to have oat mil and we got regular milk, which is bad because we're intolerant to it, I mentioned to the barista and her response was very defensive and mentioned that we never told her that, either way I don't find that a way to answer to any customer and when we ordered she seemed annoyed by us because of our accent. I have to say there are 2 guys working in there that unfortunately weren't there yesterday to take our orders, since they're great, so nice and sweet, I'm not sure what their names are but they did worked today when we visited again. Just so you can take a note on this, we are frequent customers, and definitely this doesn't leave a good image to anyone, specially if it's part of the Plant Riverside.

We stayed at Jw Marriott, so we had breakfast and our refresher drink every day. The girls (baistas) were amazing, especially the one with the bullring. She answered 100 questions that set had. Few days we had breakfast and lunch here because of how nice they were.

Some Starbucks are great and some are just getting by. It was cold and we needed something warm, but the 1st 2 women employees should get another job. Their attitude is terrible and we should have walked out. I don't think they like their jobs. What do you want? Is that a way to address someone? No where to sit and too cold to sit outside. If this happens again, we are leaving....the food wasn't even warm. On the way out, the other employee must have been on break. She was smiling at her customers.
I was looking for a Savannah mug as a souvenir since the Starbucks in Savannah that we visited had run out. Plenty of both Savannah and Georgia mugs here. There was no line so we were in and out fast.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I come here every week for the past two years. They’re notorious for not opening the store at 6:30am and leaving you hanging. The worst attitude by employees when they are open.

Closed FORTY FIVE MINUTES EARLY FOR ZERO REASON. Literally needed this because I have to be at work until 5 am and now I’m gonna fall asleep on the job again (my medication causes insomnia and my doctor said she can’t do anything to help me it’s not my fault I’m not sleeping) and any other types of coffee that I’ve tried give me migraines that are so painful I cannot walk or sit upright and they last a full day.
