The staff was very friendly but for the amount I spent there on my 40th birthday you think Kessler would’ve given me a room at the hotel but I assume he’s cheap . My party of 4 spent close if not over $1k and we weren’t allowed to sit in the private smokestack . I was given a bottle of $14 wine as a keepsake but I really wanted a room with a river view to stay the night and have brunch or something or chill by the pool . I felt rushed . I went for my birthday with my husband. Our waiter Michael was so nice and professional, his knowledge of the menu was key. I order the YELLOWFIN TUNA TARTARE, my husband Shrimp cocktail, for main dish both order the WAGYU STEAK FRITES. Every was so hood. The tuna so fresh, the shrimps has the lemon flavor and so fresh too. Now the steak was so good and we ordered medium, was melting in your mouth great term. The chimichurri so clever. I was very impressed by the dining experience and clean presentation. The $70 meal deal they have right now is also one not to be overlooked either.
