Unfortunately I wish I would have read the reviews before I went here....The Asian guy or Korean ,I'm not sure if he was the manager, was VERY RUDE and disrespectful poor customer service ..and I even told the girl working there... I said in all my years of going to Subway this was the worst customer service I ever received.He was like come on hurry up hurry up I'm busy I got stuff to do I said sir could you please just spread the onions out on my sub he was bunching everything almost throwing the stuff on the sandwich and I asked him to spread it out I got two footlongs and he kept saying yeah yeah putting his hand up I don't have time I'm busy I got stuff to do... I told him this was not good customer service then the girl tried to jump in to help and I let her know that they need to put him in the back somewhere.. I don't even really write reviews please take WARNING.I really do hope the CORPORATE STORE will read these reviews and reach out to this location because it's really giving Subway a bad name... Savannah is a tourist town and he does not need to be at this location if he the owner please have him to take communication classes he was very anxious rushing and talking rudely and doing other stuff that was unnecessary..

The service is terrible, the Asian man who is there does not allow you to order calmly, basically he wants you to eat whatever he wants, the sandwich is not well made, on the other hand everything looks very dirty I couldn't differentiate between the bathroom and where the food is because it's just as dirty.If I could give it zero stars I would.

This is the only subways besides McMillian subway that I'll go to. Clean place, subs always good and fresh.
I thought I came to the subway but it's sub with veggies away. Bad service and place is not clean set and eat.

The manager on duty was present and took my order. My visit was at 5:00 pm. I attempted to order a double meat meatball sub sandwich and I was told that I could not order it because that would mean they would have to cook more meatballs for the rest of the evening. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me as a paying customer. I will never shop at this location again.

Horrific.Whoever was at the counter should be fired.Asked to add olive and other stuff but she just completed ignored for more than 5 times and start wrapping it into package. I’m sure she heard me but decided to completely ignore whatever customer said.I was the only customer there in the line.
