Best Subway location in the area by far! I’ve always gotten perfectly made sandwich’s. I usually ask for just about everything on my sandwich and they manage to make it so it’s doesn’t spill everywhere. Foods always fresh, staff have always been friendly and listen and make chit chat if they aren’t crazy busy, and the location is always sparkling clean. I highly recommend them.

This particular establishment does not honor any of subways specials or coupon offers which I think is very inconsiderate as a customer the food is okay I mean it’s subway I assume most people go there because of the coupons and specials when there are no coupons and specials available might as well spend the extra bucks and have Jersey mikes

One of best sub I ever had in this place .Good food with plenty of protein portion.Vegetable section is clean also the meat section .Also really clean store with friendly customer service .must visit while you in Savannah,GAVegetarian options: They have many salad option as well as sandwich with veggie pattie or veggie pizza .Dietary restrictions: Ask before they put any allergic food for ex: Avacado and any dairy product.
I had a terrible experience ordering Subway today. I use the app like I always do to place my order and get it delivered. 15 minutes after I placed it the order said that it was already delivered. I checked all around the apartment and other neighbors just in case someone delivered it to the wrong apartment number and there was nothing, so I went forward with calling the store to check even if my order got picked up and it's just a glitch and they said that they never received an order from me to begin with. I had to speak to two different people and the man was very rude, and he was yelling at me And it's my order they took my money and I got no food and they won't refund me , they said that they don't have a delivery service even though they are partnered with DoorDash for deliveries, and then the man hung up on me call me back, said that he magically found my order and my order was already picked up and I asked him who can I talk to to you for a refund and he started yelling at me telling me that because the food got picked up by DoorDash then I don't get a refund. Absolutely terrible experience never ordering from this location ever again.

Wonderful customer service, clean areas, but some of the veggies had freezer burns, and I was not able to add to my sandwiches. Aside from that, the staff was friendly, patient, and did their best to make the customers leave satisfied.

They jumped their prices up a crazy amount. Went in for a mexicali wrap with chips and drink and it was $17.31! Manager claimed because wrap is a footlong, even though they put the same amount of stuff in it as a 6in. Also charged $3 for chips and drink. Never going back to this subway, which is unfortunate since its so close to my job.
