We ordered online for pick up… got home without our chips in the bag, and the cheesesteak had a huge piece of gristle on it. It was absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, was not worth the $45 we spend there for subs and highly doubt we will order there again. Very sad!

The whole point of ordering online is that your food will be ready so you don't have to wait. These people wait on their customers in the storeway and don't even bother to pull the TO GO tickets. So I was told by a Su way employees. There was one person on the line and two people in the back. Why couldn't this lady get some help. You lost a sale, because I had to wait 20 minutes for her to cancel my order. I then ordered from Jersy Mike's where it's REALLY busy and my order was there waiting on me.

I had the most pleasant young lady make my sandwich! Her name was Monique “Moe Moe” she really paid attention to what I wanted on my sandwich, and did it “My way!” Thank you Mow Moe for greeting me as I walked in , smiling the entire time while making my sandwich. And sending roping it all off with a wonderful goodbye. You just do not get this level of service anymore!!!

Best experience with Subway thus far, when I entered the store I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Monique she was a bright and cheerful individual.When she made my sub she did so with love & care and by the time I got to checking out she just made my day ❤️ !!

Went in today with my teen who was being disrespectful. She was asked to move multiple times, nicely by her sister and I so that her sis could see the toppings. She refused. I had enough of her disrespect that had been ongoing throughout the day, grabbed the sleeve of her sweater (not her skin) and physically moved her out of the way and told her to get her act together. Miranda, the subway employee there, told me it is never ok to hit your kids and insinuated that I was a child abuser in front of my kids. She looked at my teen and said “are you safe? Do you need help?” All because I grabbed the sleeve of her sweater and moved her over. This was COMPLETELY inappropriate. I was absolutely frustrated with my teens behavior as I’m sure this person could sense, but as any teen parent knows.. that’s part of it. I did not hit anyone and I am disgusted by this employees intervention in a family matter where no wrong was done. I was furious and asked if she has kids or has raised a teen, and if she had any idea of my child’s behavior before we entered her store. She said no to all questions. She has no right and no place to say those things at all. I will never enter this establishment again and I have filed a complaint with corporate.
