As soon as I walked in, I asked if they had a bathroom, and the lady told me no. I walked further into the restaurant and noticed they did, in fact, have a bathroom. When I pointed this out, the server replied that it was out of commission.
I proceeded to order two footlongs and the new Doritos nachos. Midway through choosing my toppings, the server said, “Hey, you can go to the bathroom now.” I replied, “I thought you said it was out of commission?” She said, “No, it’s clean now.”
When I went to use the bathroom, it really wasn’t that clean. I used it anyway and came back to pay for my food. When I got home to eat, my wife and I noticed the bread was hard, old, and stale.
I feel like I got ripped off and hassled out of my money. Safe to say, this is a terrible establishment with poor customer service.
I would appreciate a refund or for management to reach out to address this experience.

Service was great. Food quality was pretty good. I'm giving 3 stars because:
I ordered the bowl (don't do bread). Had the Philly cheese steaks and asked for 2 orders in one bowl. Just the meat, cheese, onions and peppers. $18 and the amount of meat was measly, there was very little cheese.
I've had this bowl at other locations and actually been fed very well. For whatever reason, businesses these days find it acceptable to stiff you on quantity/price.

They locked up the store to go do DoorDash and I couldn’t pick up my order. Told me he would be back in 15-20 minutes like people don’t work and have time to wait on YOU to get back to YOUR business so I can get what I paid for. I just want my money back.

My wife and I went in since we had coupons. The person at the counter (who did not have a name tag on) waits until my after my wife orders hers to say they don’t take the coupons.
We should have just left, but paid for her sandwich. Had the same problem in Pembroke! Very disappointed!! And will never be back!

Order at the wrong location and tried to contact the store but they had the wrong phone number online and also on the subway web site that I ordered on. They need to up date the correct phone number on google.

I got a Subway Club somebody should have hit me with a club for going to this place very little meat I've been to a lot of subways this is by far the worst will never return

would give lower stars. have tried here multiple times. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Taste good but they barely put meat or anything on the sandwich. more bread than anything. had legit 3 slice of turkey on a "extra meat" sandwich. also asked for extra tomatoes and they only gave me 2 slices ?

If you want meat, go to Arbys! They will put two pieces of meat on your sandwich, then ignore you when you address why your paying $12 for two pieces of roast beef on your sandwich. Also, it is so HOT in the store, you can not even sit an eat comfortably. The price is way too high for this type of service. Pick another location! TERRIBLE!

Wayyyyyyy too expensive and none of these places take coupons anymore so subway corporate should save the printing and mailing money to drop prices back to affordable. At least Baldinos across the street is good but their prices aren’t far behind!

I completely understand that when it is time to bake the bread that the temperature will get elevated a few degrees due to the ovens being one. HOWEVER, we were the only ppl in this store, family of 4, and the temperature was so high I could barely stand in there just to order the food. The thermostat literally read hotter than 90 degrees. And to top it all off it took her 26 minutes to make and complete 3 footlong sandwiches. Will definitely be going to a much cooler store next time!!!

Just garbage, don't waste you time or money
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give zero stars if I could and I wished I had looked at the reviews before I went because apparently I am not the first person this has happened to. I go in and ask for one layer of turkey and one layer of roast beef on a footlong, which is what I always get. He gave me one layer of turkey and then only gave me TWO slices of roast beef. He then proceeded to charge me for a roast beef footlong sandwhich, which is more expensive than a turkey footlong, when my sandwhich really was a turkey footlong, since he only gave me TWO slices of roast beef. And then he charged me $3.00 extra for the turkey. He overcharged me on purpose and they know exactly what they are doing here. My total came out to $15 for just a footlong sandwich by itself, not even a combo!!!! I have never had this issue at any other subway. Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE
