If you want meat, go to Arbys! They will put two pieces of meat on your sandwich, then ignore you when you address why your paying $12 for two pieces of roast beef on your sandwich. Also, it is so HOT in the store, you can not even sit an eat comfortably. The price is way too high for this type of service. Pick another location! TERRIBLE!

Wayyyyyyy too expensive and none of these places take coupons anymore so subway corporate should save the printing and mailing money to drop prices back to affordable. At least Baldinos across the street is good but their prices aren’t far behind!

I completely understand that when it is time to bake the bread that the temperature will get elevated a few degrees due to the ovens being one. HOWEVER, we were the only ppl in this store, family of 4, and the temperature was so high I could barely stand in there just to order the food. The thermostat literally read hotter than 90 degrees. And to top it all off it took her 26 minutes to make and complete 3 footlong sandwiches. Will definitely be going to a much cooler store next time!!!

I was charged for a Philly when I ordered a steak and cheese, employee refused to fix the price even though I never asked for Philly. She said she gave double cheese and that's why it was extra, but she only put one extra slice, and I didn't once ask for extra. Just bad business and don't think I'll ever be visiting this location, or any subway location in general again. They don't care about customers. Crappy food, crappy price, crappier service

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would give zero stars if I could and I wished I had looked at the reviews before I went because apparently I am not the first person this has happened to. I go in and ask for one layer of turkey and one layer of roast beef on a footlong, which is what I always get. He gave me one layer of turkey and then only gave me TWO slices of roast beef. He then proceeded to charge me for a roast beef footlong sandwhich, which is more expensive than a turkey footlong, when my sandwhich really was a turkey footlong, since he only gave me TWO slices of roast beef. And then he charged me $3.00 extra for the turkey. He overcharged me on purpose and they know exactly what they are doing here. My total came out to $15 for just a footlong sandwich by itself, not even a combo!!!! I have never had this issue at any other subway. Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE

I was over charged for my food! The Indian lady told me she charged me for double meat. I didn’t get double meat on my sandwich and I never asked for it and she didn’t even offer it to me. When I told her that she said something about Bacon. I eat subway everyday so I know how much I pay and I was over charged. This was New Year’s Eve. She also pull chips over so I couldn’t go to bathroom. I pray all your bad energy come back on your kids. All your bad karma go straight to your kids my they suffer for your mistakes. Happy New Years

The subway app directed me to this location however after our arrived I realize that part of my order was canceled and another part was sent to a different store. I use the bathroom and then came out and try to explain myself to the manager but she was so upset about me using the bathroom that I couldn’t even get my point across. I highly recommend you go to a different store.Also, the store doesn’t close until 9 but she was closing it 40 minutes early this day. I believe she canceled my online order.

I ordered online for lunch and had it picked up by my spouse. The drive from this location (5990 Ogeechee Rd., Savannah, GA 31419, US) takes about 10-15 minutes from my work.... Started eating the sandwich and it has almost none of the condiments I ordered online, as well I ordered Pickles on the sandwich and have the order printed out and in email received to prove the order. I tried phoning them at the number listed for them via the Subway website and Google, etc. - get this... Their Phone Number is no longer a working number (??!!).

Stay away, they’ll price gouge you and they’re extremely impolite. $2 extra charge for everything when they only use 3 fingers to Sprinkle on toppings fit for a lunchables sandwich cracker. They woman in the front rolled her eyes at us and was rude to the man behind us paying with a gift card saying “what do you want? Are you gonna buy something. ” Me and my partner went there for lunch and got 2 sandwiches, 2 chips, and no drink. We built our own with very basic ingredients on each (maybe 4-5 ingredients each and only 1 meat) and with her up charging for a normal amount of toppings it came out to $31. Ridiculous.

If a Subway location tells you that they do not accept coupons yet you see one of these at the register. Just know they are lying. Take it upon yourself to scan your own coupons since they refuse to do so

If I could leave negative stars I would. Tried calling to speak to a manager but of course the number isn't in service. Honestly corporate should close the place down. Employees are beyond rude and there are flies everywhere, to be honest, I don't know how it even passes health inspections

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I sent my boyfriend into this subway so that he can pick up our food, after completing the order online. The order was to be ready at 6:40c and he got there right at 6:40. They were getting irritated with him because he couldn't understand them, so he called me and I told them what they needed to know and he hung up as they were giving him the food. 20 minutes goes by and it's 7:00, he's still at the subway. I texted him to ask him what was taking so long, and he goes on to tell me that they wouldn't give him the food because there was SOMEONE else's trash by his car. They refused to give it to him until after he picked it up and threw it away. The customer service is ATROCIOUS.
