They do not accept Subway Coupons. Very little condiments on sandwich. If you pre order you will be disappointed when you open you sandwich.. if you standing there and tell them to add more they have an attitude.
Prices are higher here than the one at Georgetown or Garden City. If value your seeking this isn't it. Ogeechee by Walmart is the same. Subway just isn't Subway anymore.

Don’t ever go here to this subway I asked the lady to make me a 6 inch sub called the beast instead she made me a number six with meatballs that’s called the boss and I told her I wanted the beast. She argued with me and said that I had to purchase that sandwich that she messed up on. I told her I didn’t want that sandwich that the tomato sauce messes up my stomach. She said that I had to buy that sandwich and throw it away and pay for it because it was my fault not her fault. Then I ask her what store number is this and she said oh I don’t know since you don’t know how to pay. I don’t know what store number this is very unprofessional. Please do not purchase anything from this store. The lettuce look like you had been there for a week or two almost no one goes to the store.

Went here for dinner today. I told them I had a coupon and they said they don’t accept them at this location. We walked out without ordering anything. 12.99 for a ft. long BMT. I’ll go to Jersey Mikes for that amount. Don’t waste your time going here.

This subway is the only one that does not accept coupons. I also had a digital gift card and when my son went to use it the kicked him out. The food is never up to par so maybe it's for the best. Worst service ever.

I just had the worst experience. I ordered ahead online and when I arrived they said that they cancelled my order and were not taking online orders but I could order the same food in person and pay again? Makes absolutely no sense, I think they didn’t want to accept a coupon I used online so that they could get more money. And they definitely could’ve called before I drove all the way over there. I would not give them another cent of my money.

Ordered online a Philly and soda and chips food was good but I ordered a bottle drink but was told I ordered a small drink and when tried to correct the woman I ordered a bottle drink was yelled at no your ordered a small so grabbed the small drink and will not be returning go this location ever again

This place is a joke. Does not take coupons, my daughter went there and got a 6" club no extras and was charged well over 10$. Will not give receipt that we could see why it was so high. So we will not be back, not going to allow them to rob us anymore. CRAZY

I just went to subway to try one of their new sandwiches. I had a budget of $8 for lunch, so I was so excited about using this coupon I received in the mail. As my sandwich was made, I went to the counter with my coupon only to have the cashier tell me this coupon was not excepted. I asked why, she said this store doesn’t except, but I could order it online. So I went online to order same sandwich in order to use coupon. Shared the coupon code…. Unable to accept. They still did not honor, even though coupon was valid. I ended up Paying full price! I really wanted this sandwich, but Subway on Berwick has lost me for a customer. It is right by my house. I will travel everywhere else I. savannah for a sandwich. I was really disappointed at How I was treated!!’

I stopped at the Subway to try the wrap. And there were 2 things that were very unsettling for me. I asked the woman to cut the vegetables for me just to make make them a little bit smaller. She told me no, we don't do that!!! Then I noticed that the sign said the wrap was $11.49 12 inch, But when I got to the register, she rung it up at $13 99, saying that it was a different price. But the sign ON THERE MENU clearly said $11.49 for a 12" wrap and you charged me 13.99. You don't have to beat customers up for money but wrong is wrong.

Every time I ask for a water cup,they say don't have any, I ask for some ice, she said if I had my own up, so next time I brought a small cup,since they can't provide u with a tiny free water cup, i put ice on the small cup I had with me, She ring up my veggie sub ,and charge me a $1.00 just for ice, I said, u said I could get ice free last time if I had cup, she said not this time...but the subway in Pooler, on Benton give you a regular cup for water all the time.. the lettuce was brown,and I kept having to ask for more veggies on my sub, It's not like any meat on it, oh my gosh.

Ask them for more onions and spinach and (I $&it you not) the lady, literally put one single additional strand of onion and one single spinach leaf. I pointed out that Subway’s policy is to provide double veggies at no extra cost but they just looked at me as if I was some alien. This place will bankrupt.
