Every time I ask for a water cup,they say don't have any, I ask for some ice, she said if I had my own up, so next time I brought a small cup,since they can't provide u with a tiny free water cup, i put ice on the small cup I had with me, She ring up my veggie sub ,and charge me a $1.00 just for ice, I said, u said I could get ice free last time if I had cup, she said not this time...but the subway in Pooler, on Benton give you a regular cup for water all the time.. the lettuce was brown,and I kept having to ask for more veggies on my sub, It's not like any meat on it, oh my gosh.

Place is a joke, there’s no customers and it still took more than 10 minutes to get my order. They would not accept mail coupons. Ask them for more onions and spinach and (I $&it you not) the lady, literally put one single additional strand of onion and one single spinach leaf. I pointed out that Subway’s policy is to provide double veggies at no extra cost but they just looked at me as if I was some alien. This place will bankrupt.

Went here with my gf to get sandwiches and the staff was rude the whole time and mixed up our orders. Sandwich maker made a third sandwich for himself during us ordering, WHILE MAKING OUR SANDWICHES, and mixed up our sandwiches with his. There were ingredients from each sandwich completely mish mashed together. No order was correct. They tried to blame the orders mix up on us, and laughed IN OUR FACES multiple times! Man rifled through every sauce before finding the right one and still used the wrong one. And then said it was OUR faults. We were the only people in there. It was 7 PM on a Monday. It was not busy. My gf could go behind the counter and make a better sandwich. A blind dog could go behind the counter and make a better sandwich. Don't go here!

Stay away from this location if you like your money and appreciate someone who can actually talk in English to you. Just got swindled by these people for about $20 just for a sub. Asked for a half, he gave me a full and up charged multiple things without even asking me. When I confronted them about it, they got obnoxious. Wish this terrible restaurant would close so we could get a decent sub shop with decent employees in Berwick.

When you ask for vegetables they just add a little bit, for example, in a footlong you want tomatoes they just put one piece on each side, the same thing with the onions most of the time doesn’t have a variety of cheese. All the time the lady is talking on her cell phone. Today was my last time.I want to know if Subway has some type of quality control in those franchises. I think this is the worst in the USA.I gave one star because the reviews don’t show zero stars. ?

Came in to pick up an online order and was told to wait 5 minutes for my order to be prepped just for them to say that they didn't have my order in the system. Was then told to call local Subways in the area to see if my order was sent there, which did not sound right at all. I then called the a store number on the app linked to my order and their phone started to ring and they STILL proceeded to tell me that my order wasn't there. After 10 additional minutes of going back and forth with the employees, one of them checked the back wall and retrieved my order. IT WAS THERE THE ENTIRE TIME. Wasted 30 minutes of my life to get cold food. Will never return to this location again!!!

Don't understand how this location is rated so low. This is my favorite location because the sandwiches are made to perfection. The staff really looks out for the customers as well. Area is always kept super clean and they have 100 on there health inspection score. What more could you ask for? Seems like most people are upset you can't use coupons, but any business can say they don't want to participate... Goes with other restaurants as well. I'll always come back for more!

Fresh food but the owners are definitely not customer friendly. They don't allow you to use coupons, they get offened if you don't take your food to go and they don't allow you to use the restroom.

I placed an order online and when we picked it up it was made incorrectly (on flatbread instead of on italian herb and cheese bread). I understand that this was a mistake but when we returned to have it corrected 15 mins later, they were already closed. It was 7:45pm although closing time was listed as 9pm. I addition to my order being incorrect, the flatbread pizza was poorly constructed (there was only cheese on half of the flatbread).
