Look I don't expect stellar service at a fast food joint but I do expect them to be open during business hours ? I came by a full 45 minutes before closing time all the lights on nothing put away and had two kids screwing around up front saying they were closed ? I can see why this place has a star rating in the toilet ? good luck staying open

Owner very rude. Was trying to find a restroom on White Bluff. All gas stations were closed to the public! Subway clearly could see the distress in my face and refused to let me use the restroom and stated he had no water ? does the health department know he is serving food with NO Water? Wow? Savannah Laundry next door ROCKS! Thanks for having compassion and letting me use your restroom!!

Owner was very rude and very long wait time with him being the only worker. ( I see why no one wants to work with such angry owner) I had plans to use both of my Visa giftcards but unfortunately I wasn't able to use both due to the outdated register in this Subway location, only allowed me to use one giftcard. Such an inconvenience and the owner wanted me to pay with cash and I informed him I do not carry cash. He was not happy with my response and I told him I can leave food and magically he was able to accept a split payment. The transaction was very confusing and complicated for something that could've been so simple. I will not be returning back to this location!! And I suggest if you're using your Visa giftcard do not order at this location and their online ordering wasn't working either.

Place does not accept coupons, this is my biggest downside, I saw the worker alone and seeing they lost me as a customer just cause I saw it as rude for a place to offer coupons but when you go to the restaurant you get denied, sort of false advertising if you ask me, wasted gas and time coming over just to find dissapointment, I see why he has to work alone

Zero stars if allowed! A month ago the guy tried placing two HALF slices of cheese on my daughter CHEESE sub! When I requested more he judged her for being vegetarian and refused stating maybe I needed to just order a REAL sub! Fast forward to today, I placed another Uber eats order and he recognized my name and order. He took it upon himself to write this on my receipt! I’ll be in touch with the owners as soon as I can get their info! This is who you’re comfortable employing?! I’d love to speak with someone willing to help!
