My sub was cold and the bread was real hard he acted like he put it in the toaster but didn't when I got to the car to eat my food my cheese or nothing wasn't even melt and they wouldn't replace it or give me my money back not going back there again

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN. Let me start off by explaining why . So I order a takeout order on the app it goes through no problem. I show up to the store it’s empty just one employee sitting in the corner on his phone and he ask if I’m picking up I say “yes” he says all our bread is hard and I say ok and ask him how long for some new he says a couple hours .. mind you this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered online from this store drove all the way to the store and then had to get a refund because they accepted my order knowing they didn’t have the ingredients

Jonnettte was soooo friendly and helpful! I have had a few bad experiences with some of the other subways in the area and decided to try this one. It was way cleaner Than any other subway, I’ve been in. The food actually tasted fresh. And The nice lady helping me was Energetic and happy Which you don’t find nowadays in the service industry So it was very much appreciated

We came in at 8:20pm to grab some food and they had music blasting and was clearly cleaning to close. The lady came out to tell us they were closing told us no food.

Plz plz plz, do not go here. Today 5/1/24 I placed a order online, so I arrived and had to wait over 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches, she refused to look at order receipt so I had to give her my phone for my order. The employee made the wrong sandwiches and refused to make the right ones and got a very nasty attitude. Then she didn't use gloves preparing food or putting them in the bag. Almost had the customers waiting walked out. I had my special Ned's child I had to get and I explained this to her and the fact we waited over 40 minutes by this point. Do not go here, very unsanitary as well
Employees are rude. Did not change gloves between customer. Used dirty knives on sandwiches. Will not ever be returning. No one wants to be treated that way and still support a business
