Jonnettte was soooo friendly and helpful! I have had a few bad experiences with some of the other subways in the area and decided to try this one. It was way cleaner Than any other subway, I’ve been in. The food actually tasted fresh. And The nice lady helping me was Energetic and happy Which you don’t find nowadays in the service industry So it was very much appreciated

We came in at 8:20pm to grab some food and they had music blasting and was clearly cleaning to close. The lady came out to tell us they were closing told us no food.

Plz plz plz, do not go here. Today 5/1/24 I placed a order online, so I arrived and had to wait over 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches, she refused to look at order receipt so I had to give her my phone for my order. The employee made the wrong sandwiches and refused to make the right ones and got a very nasty attitude. Then she didn't use gloves preparing food or putting them in the bag. Almost had the customers waiting walked out. I had my special Ned's child I had to get and I explained this to her and the fact we waited over 40 minutes by this point. Do not go here, very unsanitary as well

Employees are rude. Did not change gloves between customer. Used dirty knives on sandwiches. Will not ever be returning. No one wants to be treated that way and still support a business

The employ wasn’t rude but had no sense of reality. No communication skills to ask customers directly what they want. Have to wait ages to as she goes as slow as possible . When a line forms and people walk away .

This is the second time arrived at store to not receive service. The man that was there refused to provide service. Stay in that heat waiting on somebody else to get there. The store was open. Therefore we should have been served. When asking man what is going on. He continue to complain about being the only one in the store. Arrival time at store was about 2:05 pm no later.

If I could give no stars I would. Went to this location during lunch. Watched the one employee ‘wash’ the knives with just water and maybe soap on her hands. I requested a new knife because of tomato allergy. (Habit as my allergy even tho I ordered a 6 inch) instead of being concerned about the allergy the one female employee replied ‘I just washed them’ and proceeded with finishing my order. I can’t get veggies from watching cross contamination happen with grabbing various items with the same gloved hand that touched tomatoes. I understand it’s a risk I take, but damnit at least listen to your customer instead of making me feel small and disrespected. Hire more people if you’re stressed.

Why work somewhere you don’t want to be at? I ordered two meals through the subway app on Monday, October 23 around 2-3pm. It was delivered via DoorDash. Long story short. The girl I talked to had an attitude problem and lied about the driver forgetting the side items. I ended up dealing with DoorDash instead and they dispatch the missing items. I ended up getting someone else’s order that had side items. She said the driver forgot them but she was the one who forgot to package everything in one bag from the start.
