I had a great experience at this Subway location! The staff was friendly, patient, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. Everything was fresh from the bread to the veggies and the toppings were well stocked and neatly presented. The restaurant itself was clean and organized, and I didn’t have to wait long even though it was a busy time. I also appreciated how the employees worked quickly while still paying attention to detail. Overall, this Subway is a great spot if you want a fresh, tasty meal made just the way you like it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I stopped by the new Subway at 1040 King George Blvd in Georgetown, and I was really impressed! The store is super clean, bright, and welcoming. The ingredients were fresh, and everything was prepared just the way I like it. Kenneth went above and beyond with great customer service friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their work and make customers feel appreciated. This will definitely be my go-to Subway in Savannah!

Horrible service. I don’t know if the manager was short on staff or just not paying attention, but today was unacceptable. I ordered through DoorDash and got a sandwich and two cookies. The sandwich was already wrong, but then they sent me a completely frozen footlong cookie as if I’m supposed to know how to bake it myself.
When I called the store, the manager denied everything and even said, “my store doesn’t sell footlong cookies.” I asked him if Subway has ever sold a frozen cookie to a customer, and he still said no. That makes no sense because I was literally holding one.
I love Subway, but after this experience I will never order from this location again.
