With posted hours on the door of the establishment and online it stated they were open but alas doors were locked and people were inside acting like this normal for them.

No posted sign on why the establishment was closed.

Got my sandwich they didn't know how to ring in a coupon another customer waiting so left, got home started to eat bread was hard and stale went back to get refund they couldn't do I asked her for mgrs name and number gave me a number that didn't work, tried to get names one of the women went in the back leaving a young lady couldn't help threatened to call the police I left, never going back I'll go to Baldinos from now on

One of the workers there charges for double meat without asking the customer if they want double meat or put double meat on the sandwich. When I get my receipt I said hey you charged me for double meat on two footings. She said she was told to charge customers for double meat. Refused to give me a refund and I wasn’t even given double meet. If you want to get ripped off go to this subway. I will never be back.

Nobody at this location knows what they’re doing, take ample time to do simple tasks and are NEVER prepared for lunch rush. As a customer who eats here almost daily I’m tired of wasting my lunch time because they aren’t trained properly or prepared. Management needs to do better.

I had a foot-long tuna sub yesterday, and a foot-long tuna meal today the food is awesome. The service is awesome. I also had an oatmeal cookie. It was probably the best cookie I’ve had in a long time.
