I ordered a #6 The Boss sub. Nothing special, nothing changed. It came without meatballs, Parmesan cheese, and provolone cheese. Literally just bread and pepperoni. Neither of the employees were in uniform and from what I saw, didn't handle food with gloves. When I asked for a refund they apologized and told me they were out of meatballs but allowed my partner (who picked up the food) to walk away without saying anything (we paid full price). They refunded everything but the tip.

They stingy with putting the right amount of meat on your subs . They want you to ask for extra just to pay extra . They put a little bit of everything on your there… I wouldn’t recommend going here .

Under new management and always top notch from service to sandwich. Staff super friendly and efficient, food is always fresh and salads are superb for a sandwich shop. The place is always clean and everything is very presentable from from staff appearance, sandwich station and on into the dining area. The meats are cut daily now and the bread is made fresh daily and all the toppings are fresh as always.Yep, You Gotta Eat Here!
Dietary restrictions: If you are diabetic or otherwise going low carb you can turn any sub into a salad. Perfect option and exchange for bread. ?
Parking: This store is INSIDE the Wal-Mart so the parking option is endless.
Kid-friendliness: They are great with kids here and keep the place tidy and disinfected after each seating in the dining area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.. no problem.

I know everyone has a bad day! But the lady that’s usually up there is always rude or in a bad mood. I believe she may be the owner, not 100% sure about that part. She’s always rushing people, very aggravating. She’s not the only one that works. If she doesn’t want to do the job then go. Plus they’re always out of stuff anyway, and even then she’s still rude. Not only has she been rude to me, but my husband as well on separate occasions.

Don’t ask for any extra veggies unless you want to be charged. Asked for a little extra lettuce and olives and was charged extra for some reason. Ridiculous tbh. Probably depends on who is working in there, but I won’t be back.
