Says its open until 10pm. The light is still on but the door is locked and the girl was sitting on her phone with the floors already mopped.
This is, by far, the worst restaurant I have been to! They are constantly out of one thing or another. Today, they were out of pickles and fresh bread; they had completely run out of everything except chicken salad a few days ago. The line was backed up to the door because the lady who works there was talking everyone's head off. It was so bad that people were leaving because of how long she took playing around with everyone who stepped up to the counter. I hate to say it, but I doubt they will continue to be in business for long if they don't undertake a complete overhaul of every aspect of the store.

For starters, the manager is completely rude and abrasive. He could not remain calm while answering simple questions such as what I needed to do to begin start or move along with the process of receiving my refund. He told me I was wasting his time. He hung up on me during the Conversation. Well, I understand their frustrations his unprofessionalism was baffling to say the least. I understand we all have tough days however he has been like this for the last three interactions I've had with him even when I didn't have a problem. This is definitely not a good look for Subway, the people you hire Matter. The people that you allowed to have a franchise also matter.

The customer service was horrible. they didn’t acknowledge people standing waiting to get pick up orders. Ordered a pickup and as i got there i had to wait 30-60 minutes JUST FOR THEM TO FINALLY START MAKING THE SANDWICH. As im waiting they are actively making customers who just walked in sandwiches.

Went there around 5:37pm there was one service person working named keria as soon as I walked in she yelled I’m not taking anymore orders. This was the first time in a long time I was treated horrible by someone whose job is to have a positive attitude .This young female could have been more respectful to the customer . Subway standards from this one visit was not very welcoming I don’t think I would be comfortable with eating at this restaurant anytime soon. Please hire someone who cares about there job, not just a body to fill in .

Terrible experience. I ordered a salad online and got a sandwich. I called and was told Brittany, the manager told the staff to just put it on bread. Seriously?? This is the crappiest service for someone to just decide what you are going to eat, despite what you ordered and paid for! Lousy service!!!

The custom service is awful the workers were rude and talking on the phone with their friends instead putting customers first this one lady she was making my sandwich and then stops in the middle of making my sandwich to talk on the phone with her friends and her and one other worker were gossiping about me and Pam customer service needs improvements
Ordered online and sat in the car watching the employee on her phone while two customers were waiting for their sandwiches. I come in when the app says it would be ready, but she hadn't even started on it. Another girl walks in after me but starts and finishes her order before me. She even asked me a second time if I had a pickup. Not sure if she's just dumb or rude, but after waiting 30 minutes it's unacceptable. Also had the nerve to say to the other customers to have a blessed day but said nothing to me...

We wanted to order a sub and we arrived at 9:25pm the person working there told us she was closed and did not help us out! Terrible service!! The open sign was still on and she refused to make us a sandwich!!
