From the time i walked in the service sucked! They were playing & talking to each other instead of taking my order. She asked me what i wanted four different times! And i dont even wanna get on how poorly my sandwich was made. Burnt cheese on the paper toppings not even on the sandwich. The whole experience was just bad!

Needs to update hours. If opening time has been pushed up to 10, I'd like to know ahead of time before driving all the way just to be greeted with a locked door and get ignored by staff

Took the order from the person in front of me , then when they got to me they said they need a 15 minute break and no one was behind me in line . I’ve never had something like that happen to me at a restaurant and it screams prejudice.

Attempted to make an order. Was ignored by the staff completely in basically an empty store. They seemed to find everything funny. After 13 minutes I walked out and will Never Return. I witnessed one of the staff, who was coughing also, preparing food without gloves. This place is ghetto, avoid. I know I will.

First time I ordered from here they messed up the order and gave half of literally everything I ordered and paid for...then the second time (because I obviously didn't learn) I waited almost an hour to be notified they CLOSED an hour and a half early yet still excepted and confirmed my order then it got canceled. Lesson learned.

Monique is THE BEST!!!!! She crafted my sandwich with love and care and even those it’s almost closing time she was still so nice and kind. The subway by my house closed early so I had to come to this one. Thank you Monique!!!!
My 11 year old son loves Subway. We went to this one for the first time (we usually go to other Savannah locations) and it was so good and so clean I had to write this. The bathroom was cleaner than most restaurants in town. The toppings were all beautiful and full and nothing was missing. The staff was nice and fast. This is now the location we will go to!

This place is a joke. Employees lock the door when they’re going on break and we already paid for a pick up order. Then when they let us in they hadn’t even started making it. Ordered at 7:15 and didn’t get it till after 8pm after standing there for 30 mins. Next time I’m telling him to go ahead and take his break and I’ll just come around and make the sandwich.
