No refund after an online order was given after the staff said the meat was bad. I’ve called several times for my refund no response. NEVER spent my money there again.

USED to be my favorite go-to for lunch. Unfortunately, the new guy there on the sandwich line seems to think the gloves are for his protection not the customer's. He keeps the same pair on, order after order, from cash register back to new order. Customers shouldn't have to ask the server to change gloves before preparing their sandwich. I'll check from time to time. Maybe he won't last long.

One of the guys always too high to take my order properly. I’ve been here before and they always use meat that tastes sour, really stale and browning lettuce, etc. My friend can’t have avocado, and they literally used the same knife even after we told him my friend had an allergy. We had to make him throw it away and start fresh because of the allergy. Worst attitude, but shoutout to the one guy who actually does make a good sandwich (I’m sorry don’t know your name)

Not sure the mans name that was working so for reference this was sat sept 14th around 4:15…. The worker was very nice and this was probably the best looking sandwich we have ever gotten at a subway it was very clean and wrapped very well! You can definitely tell he cares about his job. He did a very good job we will be back!

I just left your store in the Eisenhower shopping plaza in Savannah Ga. There was one employee that I could see, and he was on the phone the whole time I was trying to place an order. Laughing and smiling to whoever he was talking to, I couldn't do it and ended up walking out. I had worked all day in the hot sun and though a sandwich would be a good dinner. Ended up going to Baldinos instead.

I ordered food from them on uber eats. I had 7 drivers cancel because when they arrived they called and told me that the “open” sign was ON but no one was inside and the doors were locked. I called the restaurant over and over again for an hour only for the ”manager ” to finally pick up the phone SCREAMING at me that she had to pick up her kids from school and that’s why the store was left unattended. She then hung up in my face. Uber eats won’t issue me a refund and I doubt Subway will either. Literally the worst service here. Wouldn’t recommend.
The food was amazing but whoever was working the opening shift had a TERRIBLE attitude. It was fine that she corrected the way I ordered my sandwich, but she rolled her eyes at me and rushed the person behind me by literally rolling her hands in the air. When I asked for two sides of ranch she literally stopped cutting my sandwich, stared at me, looked at the person behind me, and acted like she was going to have to make the ranch by hand in front of me.
I understand everyone has a bad morning, but her attitude was unnecessary. None of us were rushing her, there wasn't a line out the door. There just wasn't a reason for it at 9:30 am.
