I ordered food from them on uber eats. I had 7 drivers cancel because when they arrived they called and told me that the “open” sign was ON but no one was inside and the doors were locked. I called the restaurant over and over again for an hour only for the ”manager ” to finally pick up the phone SCREAMING at me that she had to pick up her kids from school and that’s why the store was left unattended. She then hung up in my face. Uber eats won’t issue me a refund and I doubt Subway will either. Literally the worst service here. Wouldn’t recommend.

Opening hours claim they're open but when you get there they're closed

They only had white bread. No other choices in bread. When I got my sandwich, I realized the bread was old and hard. The server was surly and angry …heaven only knows why. I won’t go

The food was amazing but whoever was working the opening shift had a TERRIBLE attitude. It was fine that she corrected the way I ordered my sandwich, but she rolled her eyes at me and rushed the person behind me by literally rolling her hands in the air. When I asked for two sides of ranch she literally stopped cutting my sandwich, stared at me, looked at the person behind me, and acted like she was going to have to make the ranch by hand in front of me.I understand everyone has a bad morning, but her attitude was unnecessary. None of us were rushing her, there wasn't a line out the door. There just wasn't a reason for it at 9:30 am.

Every time I come in to this place it’s desperately understaffed. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is. The employees do a good job but it’s always a struggle for them. The franchise owner is running this place on the

Terrible!!!!!! I wish there was a negative rating and if you know what's good for you, avoid this location! We wanted to order 4 sandwiches for a party and the employee rolled her eyes, gave a big sigh and said back to us, four sandwiches, extremely rude. So we walked out and went to Baldinos just down the road.

There’s an employee by the name of Terrell and he’s always respectful and friendly. It was lunch rush and it had to be like 10/15 ppl inside the lobby but he seemed like it didn’t bother him. He greeted everyone and really knocked out orders by himself while having to run the cash register as well. He really took it like a champ. This guy is the best. Oh yeah he always fix my subs perfectly. ???

I went to this Subway on my 30 min lunch break looking for a quick healthy lunch. I walked in and was meet with a very rude woman behind the counter who skipped a greeting and asked me if I had called in my order. I told her that I did not and she then informed me that they are only serving customers that called ahead and refused to serve me. I work a 10 hour day with only 30 min for lunch. So I was less than pleased to hear this. I went to Stoners pizza next door and quickly picked up something to eat. What a shame! Hopefully the owners will do something about this location.

Today I was really craving a subway sub after getting over a migraine of 48 hours. The first meal I thought of...So I rushed out the house to Subway on Eisenhower, got there at 8:39p.m. I ran up to the well lit establishment, a young man was in the back mopping so I went to pull open the door and it was locked. Mind you, the sign OPEN was illuminated, so I knocked on the glass and he came to the door. He stood behind the glass as I asked "are you closed because it's only 8:40?" He nods his head and says "yes.. cause we're short staffed." Okay Eisenhower is a well lit and well ran business plaza so one woman couldn't be served and you're a man?? I mean this phrase is starting to become ridiculous just to close early. I am a war veteran and I take full pride in duty and there is a duty in customer service to fulfill when running a food establishment however customer service is lacking in most of these establishments upon hiring as they hire teens/young adults with this undesirable attitude to EARN THEIR PAYCHECK. I was really angry that I could not be served 20 minutes before closing when the open sign was still illuminated ( see attached pic) and I truly wanted this sandwich driving 20 minutes to get there to be turned around. This is unprofessional and I suggest Employers take more time to hire those who truly want a job to satisfy the services distributed by their hires the professional way. I won't be returning. I'm tired of spending monies with places as such, making those rich with poor hires who make decisions based off their inability to work.
