The food gave me the craps, but it was really good and the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. In fact it actually did me a solid because I had been constipated and I’ve had two really good bowel movements in the past 12 hours since consuming their products. And the kicker is that it was cheaper and more convenient than buying medicine. I was simultaneously cured AND satiated. Thanks Taco Bell. 👍🏽

We had 3 mobile orders and went through the drive thru…unfortunately we could only pick up 2 at a time and was asked to drive back around to pick up the third. How does this make sense?! So one of us had to go inside to pick up the last order while the other two were picked up at the window. Ridiculous. When going inside the general manager even asked why she didn’t just give us the food at the window.

The young lady that was there Saturday evening at 5:42pm with the lashes on….she was very rude and she did not display good customer service. I tried to ask her to purchase sour cream and she had a whole attitude. She was taking an order when I tried to ask, but she never asked me what I was trying to ask her. If y’all employees don’t want to work with pleasant attitudes towards customers especially in drive thru. LET THEM GO.

If I could give a negative score I would. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been too. First, we walked in and right away they were literally fighting with an old man who was trying to pay for his food at the counter. The customer was being rude but the lady behind the counter was being more rude and harsh to him. Everything calmed down and we got our food. My chalupa was stale so I asked for them to be remade and I was met with hostility and eye rolls. They snatched the stale chalupas out of my hand and threw them aggressively into the trash. When I got my chalupa it was fine but the cinnamon twists were outrageously horrible. No cinnamon or sugar on them at all. I understand they were short staffed but they only had us in there and no other orders so I’m not sure what was going on. Needless to say, we will not return to this establishment. Do better staff and Taco Bell.
I came thru the drive thru and ordered a nacho grande , dorito locos taco, and a 5 layer burrito. They repeat back my order. somehow in the 15 mins i was stuck waiting in that slow moving line they mixed up my order and i left with a nacho grande, 5 layer and a beef supreme burrito. maybe it’s my fault for not checking the bag after i left but coming off work and wanting to get some quick food it doesn’t seem fair to me as a consumer to have left one job and have to come do their job of making sure my order is correct. This is the last change i have this taco bell bc every single time i’ve came my order has consistently been wrong so i’d rather take the extra 5 mins to drive to the one by the mall.

Slowest drive thru in Savannah. Skidaway location. Always backed up on a Sunday night and moved forward every 5 minutes. Just told me I would need to wait 15 minutes for a taco and burrito after I paid. I keep coming back but not anymore this place has not been run correctly in years.

We’ve now waited an hour in in store after doing a mobile order 30 minutes ago they’re crying about how much food is tonight. I can hear that you guys in line cursing up a storm. It’s really appalling, but if we didn’t do more, we would’ve left by now. I swear I heard one of them say we gonna mess up the food on purpose
