Never before have I seen people treat customers so badly. It took more than 35 minutes for a single person's order, and the service was pathetic. The place closed at 9:50 pm and they wouldn't let anyone in, even though the hours say 10 pm. Terrible, the worst taco I've ever seen.

Worst customer service ever. Don’t order through the app they will pull your car and help everyone behind you. I was also told the drive thru was broken and watched the person ahead of me get their food.

The experience i had at this location is unbelievable, the female that was in the window with all the piercing is very disrespectful i couldn’t even place my order without being rushed! this is unbelievable and when i got to the window all she did was roll her eyes i explained to her i changed my ways and i could’ve reacted and it would’ve been a different situation but y’all have to do better in order to change the culture you have to start within! i run a restaurant that’s unbelievable and i met the general manger before as well just wish he was in the building today. #dobetter

Guessing I got there during shift change so they was not taking cash and no human service instead you were directed to a kiosk for service, which is ok I guess but sometimes human service would be great especially when you are standing right in front on the person. Overall the food is great and the interior was clean and nice. Service is to be desired.

The service is very slow because they are overly short staffed. Feel for the only customer facing employee who has to face the heat from disgruntled customers waiting for long to be serviced. Gig drivers are equally frustrated but they can't let loose for professional reasons.
