We ordered mobile pick up while sitting in the mall parking lot across the street, there was no one else waiting for food and it took 20+ minutes for our food to be made, it would have made sense if they were busy, but that just wasn’t the case

First, we waited about 20 minutes for our food. Then, when we asked if there was no meat in our food, just to confirm (we always ask in every Taco Bell) she gives so much attitude. She says “sir we read the paper”, as if we were trying to offend her.

Taco bell has great food, but the people make the difference. They friendly, but no one was e cited about their job. They did not take our order, we had to order at the kiosk, which involved a learning curve which took another few minutes.

I've been to Taco Bell countless times throughout my life, and my biggest complaint was there not being any mild sauce packs. Unfortunately, my best friend & I decided to go last night, and the customer service was almost absolutely horrible! It was basically non-existen! The food however, was delicious & definitely hit the spot!

Was the only person in the drive thru and got sent to wait around front while I waited in the parking lot. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting on food. They told me they were out of Baja Blast but carried one to the car next to me while I waited. Horrible place. “Fast food”

I’m not typically the type to write reviews, but this Taco Bell is definitely top 1 in the world. No doubt. I love this place. Friendly staff, and the food today was amazing, clearly made with the holiday spirit. GOATED TACO BELL!!!!!!! 🐐🐐🐐
Didn’t even order a chicken burrito, but I decided to just be chill and eat what was delivered (3 of my 4 items were wrong or entirely missing) I could not even bite into this burrito. I could not cut through this burrito. I had to fight to break this chicken tender in half and was only more disgusted when I seen what they were considering “food”.
Y’all could’ve at least tried.

I placed my order at the kiosk. Several people that came in after me got their order. When I went to ask where my order was two employees looked at me and just walked by and ignored me. Finally, someone came up said they couldn’t find my order. At which point I showed them my receipt. After waiting several more minutes I was given my order which look horrible and tasted awful. I frequent this establishment often and I won’t be back. Also the dining room was dirty paper towels and debris on floor. Also the manager always parks up front diagonally taking two spaces. I have attached photos.

I was the only person in there and was ordering at the computer. Taking a moment deciding on drink order when a female employee came out and said “I need you to hurry up” very very rudely. I said “forget it then ”. When I turned to leave she stood halfway blocking the door with an attitude. I would definitely be ashamed to have to work with this woman or to have her in my family and would keep my kids away from her. Check your cameras. 11/28/25 noon.
