They got our order wrong and the cinnamon twists had a really disgusting aftertaste like the oil they were fried in had gone rancid. It was revolting, I couldn't stop spitting it up.
They always make my entire order wrong even though they take it correctly even repeat the order and still make it wrong or I’m missing something never get my sauces either the girls are always on their phones and have an ugly uncalled for attitude sassy ass hell excuse my love language especially threw the drive thru their not customer friendly AT ALL !
Every time I come in, it's the same thing. Employees ignore the customers. Slow at making the food. The only difference I have ever seen is when someone in a higher place came down. Food was delivered fast and even brought to my table, but that was once out of the many times I have been here. I feel bad that they are paid little but the service is below minimum wage.
We have visited this location in the past and the service has been great each time! This time however the staff was very lackadaisy and just not helpful at all. Order through the mobile app was told by the cashier to drive around it they would bring it out. Watched other people be serviced inside the location as well as through the drive-thru. Waited about 15 minutes total and came inside to the cashier remembering my name upon entrance and handing me our mobile order. He lied and said that the order just came out it did not according to the sticker and the food was lukewarm he did not provide any drinks or the gelato had to wait an additional 7 minutes to be service for drinks enchilada I also was told to fill up my own drinks to which I attempted to do and there was no nor my drink choice to fill my own drink order. Needless to say a quick pickup turned into a very irritating and senseless interaction. I'm not sure where the other staff has gone but this new staff is not it at all. It will affect the location and I hope that the franchise owner actually reads the most recent reviews to get in touch with the general manager or the operations manager to see into a review of their current staff.

We generally like Taco Bell for a quick meal option. The last time we ate at this location, we got food poisoning. This lasted for 2 days. We have since used the Taco Bell in Pooler Parkway instead.

Long story short, don't ever eat at this Taco Bell, it's the worst Taco Bell I've come across, and that's saying a lot. My wife and I ordered on the app and I went to pick up the food, when I got there I realized the bag had three orders of cinnamon twist in it, which is weird, because we didn't order cinnamon twist, so I told them that the order was wrong. They informed me that they were out of chalupas, so instead of the chalupas I ordered, they gave me three orders of cinnamon twists. I was surprised, and then I tried to explain to them that cinnamon twists are like a dessert, and we ordered something for a meal, three orders of cinnamon twists isn't a replacement. The girl behind the counter very rudely declared that the dollar amount adds up, so that's what I get, no exchanges, no refunds. I was completely taken aback by the stupidity of that, but whatever, I'm not trying to scream at a teenager on a Friday night. So then I get home and discovered they also shorted us a taco, so there's that. You have several other options around this location, if you decide to go to this Taco Bell, you're going to get what you get, and that's it!
