This place needs to be investigated over. How are they open at a specific time, but nobody answers the drive thru nor the phone calls. I went there at 9:55am & there was a gold car parked in the parking lot. Nobody answered! They will keep losing customers if something isn't being done. If you don't like where you work, find something else to do!

This location messed up my order so many times. It’s ridiculous. Tonight, instead of getting a wonderful surprise at home, I checked my ordered before leaving. I honestly don’t understand how you mess up an online order. I ordered a chicken bowl with added steak and fries. The fries were missing. They fixed that. When I got home, I saw they didn’t have the chicken in it. On top of that, I ordered a regular Doritos taco. It’s not supposed to have sour cream in it. Yeah… the kids at this location are a problem. This will be the last time I come here.

If I could rate 0, I would. I've had nothing but problems at this location. Last night, I was missing over half my order and when my bf went back to get the missing food, they argued with him before they finally gave him the missing food. It had been sitting, cold, for an hour. Previously they almost always miss at least one item or make it incorrectly, like putting meat on things meant for a vegetarian or adding beef to it when my bf orders chickens because he has a red meat allergy. I've even gotten food poisoning from this place before. I gave them a chance after that incident and they were on their game for maybe a month before falling off even worse. This place is a joke. Rude staff, poor quality, and you're lucky if your order is right. No way in hell I'm going back after the garbage they pulled last night.

Worst Taco Bell ever. I ordered food from the app for delivery, I never received my order and it changed my delivery driver 5 time and ETA just kept going up. Tired called the restaurant it self and no one picked up. Never order from here!

Ordered at 7:37pm in the lobby on kiosk. Watched our food be prepared everything expect the nacho fries. After about 25+ minutes we were made aware that their fry machine was “down.” After our food has been sitting on the counter 15-20 minutes. Not sure where the logic in having us sit there while it was being “worked” on, even tho you can see into the back. I wouldn’t say cutting up and random screaming is working on it, but to each their own. I finally just ask for it to be taken off. After sitting as our other food had gotten cold. No toher acccomdiation was made. No customer service skills at all. Oh and no ice, would be nice if there was a sign or something to let the guest know beforehand.

Usually thiis restaurant is friendly ajd on point, this morning was a hit and miss. The young man they had was very rude on the speaker he really need an attitude adjustment asap. Ask for cinnamon twists and got cinnamon balls. I definitely will not be eating here anymore.

This taco bell is farther away from my house, but I chose to drive here. They are always friendly & my order always is correct. I haven’t had good experiences at the other ones in the area, it’s good to know that this is one I can rely on!
