Worst Taco Bell ever. I ordered food from the app for delivery, I never received my order and it changed my delivery driver 5 time and ETA just kept going up. Tired called the restaurant it self and no one picked up. Never order from here!

Ordered at 7:37pm in the lobby on kiosk. Watched our food be prepared everything expect the nacho fries. After about 25+ minutes we were made aware that their fry machine was “down.” After our food has been sitting on the counter 15-20 minutes. Not sure where the logic in having us sit there while it was being “worked” on, even tho you can see into the back. I wouldn’t say cutting up and random screaming is working on it, but to each their own. I finally just ask for it to be taken off. After sitting as our other food had gotten cold. No toher acccomdiation was made. No customer service skills at all. Oh and no ice, would be nice if there was a sign or something to let the guest know beforehand.

The big girl with the braids y'all have at the window on late nights is very rude...dont smile and very rushy., like we was disturbing her peace by being hungry... Food was cold...!!

Usually thiis restaurant is friendly ajd on point, this morning was a hit and miss. The young man they had was very rude on the speaker he really need an attitude adjustment asap. Ask for cinnamon twists and got cinnamon balls. I definitely will not be eating here anymore.

This taco bell is farther away from my house, but I chose to drive here. They are always friendly & my order always is correct. I haven’t had good experiences at the other ones in the area, it’s good to know that this is one I can rely on!
This is the best Taco Bell in Savannah. Open until 4am and they don’t get poopy about it. If I get off work late it’s my go to spot. Just pulled up at 2:30am and got my two favorite things, Chicken Cantina burrito and a grilled cheese burrito. Best ones I’ve ever had. Felt so good about it I’m writing this review while digesting. Late night MVPs here.

I’ve ordered this place for delivery several times, on both Doordash and Uber Eats. I’ve noticed, that every time I order after 7 pm, My order takes so long or the dashers cancel my order. I’ve had THREE doordash drivers take my order and cancel from this store. I always make sure not to order too close to closing time, and I live very close-by. I usually don’t leave bad reviews on places, and i’ve had lots of unpleasant experiences from taco bell, but even the taco bells in richmond hill and pooler are better than this location.
