After a long day of serving tables myself, allI wanted to do was enjoy my dinner. However, my experience was horrible. We were quoted a 25-30 minute wait for a party of two and never received a notification that our table was ready. After waiting 45 minutes, we bought this to the hostess’ attention and were immediately seated. Upon being sat, we were served burnt rolls with no butter & our server took quite a while to bring our drinks and butter. Once we ordered, our food came out in a timely manner. Nevertheless, our server dropped our food and never came back to check on us. She had admittedly rang in the wrong steak for me which was a very fatty cut that I don’t usually eat. I was unable to bring this to her attention because she never came back to check on us until the end of the meal and tried to tell me that NY Strips are usually a fatty cut of meat (LIE). Overall, I paid for her mistakes and negligence with my hard earned tips.

They were out of a lot of items,but they waited to tell you after you got your order and asked where the rest was. The meal was also subpar. I pretty much get the same meal every time we go to Texas Roadhouse no matter where we are. This was the worst one yet. I would pick somewhere else. There is a red lobster next door.

The food was good as always just much different service. I’d been before in pooler on a Saturday during rush and the service was great, brought extra rolls and drinks quickly, very friendly. When going to savannah Tuesday i was very upset as a server myself (I understand we all have bad days so I’ll leave his name out). We had a table sit next to us and get their drinks from him in a few minutes yet we waited over 30 for ours. I will say the salads came out fast but the drinks didn’t come till a minute before our food. He never checked on us or came by so we had to stop him to ask for things. We wanted more rolls but in the 30 minutes it took for our drinks after salads we didn’t get to speak to him once. The food was not an issue and i still tipped $13, the service just wasn’t great this day. He was just kind of mean and didn’t seem to care.

Bread was burnt, butter was liquid, chicken was burnt and dried out. Food should not have been sent out like that.
Ordered the beef tips with rice. Just came with meat and rice, no gravy or onions or mushrooms as stated. I’m pissed. Worst Texas Roadhouse, now I understand why Pooler team always has to come help these clowns.

I will never go to this location again we waited an hour and thirty mins just to be ignored. No one came to our table and every server kept looking at us. Eventually we got up and left my experience was horrible and will not recommend this place to nobody.
