Had lunch here yesterday. Atmosphere was inviting, low light music playing. Place was clean. Service was great. Waiter/Bartender, didn't catch his name, but he had a wonderful personality and he provided us with great service. We didn't have long wait time on food. Food was great. Fried green tomatoes and mozzarella bites. Can't remember what my friend ordered. It was a bowl of something that looked very good and she enjoyed it. They have plenty of healthy options...
Party of 7, all of our dishes were excellent. Service was definitely slow at 1:30pm. We were seated near the bar so we missed out on the atmosphere of the main dining area. It was a cold day which means every time the doors to the restaurant opened we got chilled. They would benefit from installing one of those units above the doors that prevents cold or hot air from coming inside by blowing down. Just a thought.
Second time here and so good. Loved the meatloaf meal, mashed potatoes are awesome, and the hot honey chicken sandwich was delicious. We liked the blackened salmon but broccoli lacked flavor and seemed slightly undercooked. Overall one of my favorite restaurants in Savannah!
