the worst dine in experience i have ever had.

BEWARE OF THE SCAM....So.... I ordered the seafood boil. I had a great conversation with my waittress (Claijah) or so I thought. She was very nice. Until I noticed the check. When I asked why I was charged a gratuity fee? She stated all the restaurants were doing that now. I asked her where? She stated they are stwrting to do this like their business in the ATL. My response was this is not the ATL or a holiday. I also noticed her tip wss preset. When I ask to speak to the manager she lied and stated she was the dining manager. Iasked for a copy of my receipt and she claimed they do not have paper copy but I can take a pic. Which I did.
NONE OF THIS SET WELL WITH ME. I WAS ON MY WAY TO MY CAR AND TURED AROUND AND WENT BACK IN AND SAW AN ASIAN LADY STANDING IN FRONT. I asked her whobwas the manager and she replied she was. So I explained my interaction with CLAIJAH in which she replied "you were charged gratuity because you were with a group". I stated what group I was by myself. At this point CLAIJAH approached us and stated explaining how she accidentally charged me a gratuity fee as part of a group. Note: I was sitting in a booth alone (that part). The real manager told her I told you to stop doing this. I did gwt the gratuity fee back. I left the tip since she act so desperate. WATCH YOUR BILL WHEN YOU GO HERE THE WAITRESS MAY CHARGE YOU AN ERRONEOUS GRATUITY FEE FOR EXTRA TIP MONEY. DAMN SCAMMERS!!@!! SEE PIC OF RECEIPT BELOW

My family and I have been eating at this location for a while now. The food is always amazing and service is great! We get the lux 1 with cajun fried rice on the side. We usually get the same server named Clay and she always knows exactly what we want without us even asking. She has been our server since the first time we came to the location and it honestly surprised us how she remembered everything from that one time. One of the main reasons Im really making this review is to acknowledge her. Clay is very patient and makes my husband feel comfortable enough to work on his english while ordering without feeling pressured which is amazing! She is very quick and attentive and has the best attitude always even when she is working the bar and tables! If you’re thinking of going to eat here I highly recommend you ask for Clay! Derrick and the other manager have done great hiring this young lady!

Went November 9th and ordered the fried shrimp basket with sweet potato fries and oysters with bang bang sauce. Both was cold and tasteless!! I went 2 weeks ago the bang bang sauce was salty, my blood pressure went up before I could leave the table. My personal intake is that once they started getting a lot of customers, they became sloppy with their food service. 2 times was enough for me! Food is too expensive these days to be paying for garbage. You eat here you are taking a chance. This place is done for!!

The best crab boil ever. We had the “Juicy Deluxe”which was a deliciously INSANE amount of food well worth every penny. Even the margaritas were better than most! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was great! They were very attentive and kept checking in. The combo was delicious and flavorful. You get to choose a la carte items if you'd like to add on. Really enjoyed my meal.

Was looking for a Seafood restaurant to go to. It was 9:00 pm and it said they closed at 10:00. I was right down the road so I was excited to go. I arrived at 9:10. I walked in and asked if I could set at the bar, the lady asked me if I was getting to go and I told her no. She then asked how many was in my party and I told her that it was only myself. She then told me that they only take to go orders after 9:00! I was so angry that I just walked out!!

By far my favorite seafood spot in Savannah and Coastal Georgia. Michelle the GM and Derrick the Manager are always available, friendly and professional. Always there to greet you with a smile and kind words. The staff are all amazing and make your dining experience pleasant, fun and they give it that family vibe. The food is always great, very quick to your table or to go, the sauce is amazing and they are sure to give you enough to coat everything in your bag!!! I love the place and I frequent this establishment every few days and weekends!!!! If you go tell them Mark sent you!!!

There was fake eyelashes in my food, when I told the waitress she kinda shrugged her shoulders like it wasn't a big deal. I won't be spending my money there anymore.
