The Juicy Seafood

This was my family’s and my first time here. Our server Lily was amazing and extremely friendly!! The food was also super good and flavorful, we ordered the platter and loved it so much that we ordered another one! Definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area!

I’ve ate here on three different occasions. The food is so nasty. There’s no flavor whatsoever. The garlic isn’t even chopped. Finally it’s like you’re biting a whole piece of garlic is overpriced. The butter is not buttering. These people just need to revamp and I come from a state where we’re known For good seafood, very disappointed

I’m not surprised there are so many low ratings due to tips. I arrived @9pm to place a to go order and as I waited behind someone else, I looked over at the table in front for a menu. I guess the host didn’t like that bc her tone was very rude in asking me if I was ordering to go. When I was ready to order a few mins later, a black lady, Ahmani, made me move to the side to take my order instead of the host. She was also very rude. There was no kind greeting- they all just seemed like they wanted to get everyone out although they were open until 10/10:30. I only wanted a 1/2lb of crabs and 1/2lb of shrimp. She said I HAD to purchase 1lb and then I could add another 1/2lb, so I did 1lb of crabs and 1/2lb shrimp. Anyways, I paid $47.08 with Ahmani and left no tip due to the horrible service. I then waited 10-15mins for my food. I got home and my crabs were hollow and salty. They seemed old and did not have meat in them, which seems like retaliation for not tipping. It’s frustrating and disturbing to spend roughly $50 for “good seafood” and receive subpar service and food. The Juicy seafood needs new staff and training on customer service.

the food is good but the service is not up to par. The servers tip themselves 12% automatically and they don’t tell you until after you pay your bill. I will not be back

The food is great but beware of tip fraud. The waitress changed our tip amount without our approval! She said it was required that we tipped 18% (2 adults, 1 child) so she changed it to that amount and charged our card without telling us she change it until after she did it. The food was great but unfortunately I will not be back to this restaurant due to this.

10/10 Food was amazing!
I got the 1 lb crab boil which comes with two potatoes and half a corn on the cob and everything was cooked to perfection. The seasoning was on point, not too much and perfectly balanced to satisfy the taste buds. I also ordered a side of Cajun fries and wow, those fries are top tier! Probably my favorite fries ever now.

The service was great. Our waiter was so nice and accommodating and the food came out very fast. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Probably the best seafood place in Savannah, GA!

The Juicy seafood restaurant is a top notch, I have visit the subsidiary in Charleston, and I wasn’t disappointed. we are traveling to Florida so we decided to have a stop over. My husband is a good customer. The seafood bowl was delicious, it was cook to perfection; the attendant Britany was very attentive, the atmosphere is very cosy. We enjoyed every bite. I will sure visit again.

Food is great but I don’t understand why all of the sudden they are adding their own tip only for 2 people. The tips be $20 and up I understand for a big party but not for a 2-4 people . I’ve seen some reviews talking about the same thing and nothing is being done about it . This place is going to start to loose costumers and reviews will go down if they don’t change this
