We went here the day after Thanksgiving for brunch. Just 2 of us, but they were able to seat us outside immediately, and inside was just a 10min wait. As they don't accept reservations for brunch, I was really surprised (and grateful) that there wasn't more of a long wait. So, don't let the lack of reservation or what looks to be masses of people waiting outside turn you away from this place. We ate outside and had Prince Eli as our server. He truly creates an experience for his guests. At first, we weren't sure what to think, lol, but we really enjoyed his dedication, energy, and positivity. If we get to come back here, we'd happily wait to have him as our server again. If you're seeing this, Prince Eli, thanks again for an excellent time! My one critique is that the lattes we got were not hot when we got them. And it took longer than normal. They were at least warm, so we didn't say anything since they tasted amazing despite that. Our food was excellent. I got the famous Dubai french toast. It's a massive portion, but the toast itself was actually very light considering how fancy it all is. It's also not overly sweet, which surprised me. It was just perfectly balanced and delicious. I didn't get close to finishing it, but I was glad I got it. Honestly, I can't remember what my husband got, lol, but he loved it. He is crazy picky, so him loving something and actually wanting to go back is huge.
Everyone's dinner was done very well except for my husband's steak - Wexford did a much better job. His steak was literally grey throughout and he'd asked for rare.
Lovely meal with friends. Just a little noisier than we'd like for dinner conversation, but everyone was completely satisfied with their meal and the great service.
We like that this restaurant is dog friendly at the outside tables and had space heaters when the weather was cool. Two of the three meals we had were very good: the Filet Mignon & the pasta & short rib. The flatbread appetizer was also very good. The service was a little slow at times, but the waitress apologized right away & explained how busy they were. We understood & we'd certainly return on a future trip to Savannah.
Frequent visitor to Savannah from Raleigh. First time dining at Collins Quarter. My wife and I enjoyed our meal. Everything tasted good and our server did an excellent job. That said, it didn't WOW us. I wouldn't categorize it as "fine dining", i.e., I ate with the same set of silverware from appetizer to salad to entree, and seating was tight...a more appropriate restaurant name would be "Close Quarters". The restaurant is lively and has a cool vibe, but is on the louder side. Overall, we enjoyed our experience but didn't leave us begging for more.
Had a great dinner here! Service was warm and attentive, vibe was cool and a little sexy, food was delicious. Highly recommend the wedge salad (buttermilk cheese, who knew!?!) and the pasta w short rib ragù.
Awesome experience as usual! Staff go out of their way to make our dining experience enjoyable! We love Collins Quarter!
Best steak and mashed potatoes of my life. Fantastic flavor. Fun fall salad with burrata and acorn squash. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our meal at Collins Quarter. It was our first meal in Savannah and it really didn't disappoint. Our server was wonderful and informative. The food was great and the ambience was 10/10.
The half chicken was so flavorful. Delicious! Waitress was awesome . Manager walked over and chatted with us about the meal. Definitely best food we have had in Savannah so far.

A very nice in-town ding experience. Great food selection, quality and value. I enjoyed my Swordfish entree. Both the apple cobler and apple sorbet were delicious (tasted both). We decided to eat outdoors which was nice and fairly quiet. Inside sounded a bit on the noisy side. i highly recommend this restaurant.
Dinner was excellent Lindsay (I think that is her name, sorry if I forgot!), who took care of us, was superb.
The food was okay, but failed to live up to the expectations. The previous reviews were off. The noise level was too much to handle, and made for a subpar experience. Service was very slow. The server was apologetic, but that only goes so far.
Food was good and creative. Service was good and helpful. Would return and recommend to friends.
We opted to eat outside. The food was very good and the waitress was very attentive. They set up heaters and made us feel very welcome. Perfect meal.
