The Darling Oyster Bar - Savannah

Food was amazing. Loved the oysters, poutine, fried fish basket. Service was great - Tiasia was amazing and very attentive/friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend to anybody visiting Savannah.

Highly recommend this restaurant! Oysters were delicious, scallops were so tender, key lime pie was best we have had! Drinks were so good! Our server was phenomenal, Michael, asked us questions to see what we liked, then based his recommendations on this, he was so intelligent, enjoyed his personality! If you want a great eating experience, make reservations and enjoy!🩷

My family & I ate here recently & had THE BEST TIME - Alyssa, our server, was absolutely delightful! I had some fantastic raw oysters to start, and followed it up with some yummy shrimp & grits, but honestly everything on the menu looked wonderful! Will recommend to anybody looking for a good downtown spot!

Amazing space! The oysters are great, you can order different ones from different places locally. The lobster roll was really good, it had a spice that added to the usual mayonnaise and bread.

We love the Darling! Mr Habersham who shucks oysters at the bar is our favorite. The chicken sandwich is phenomenal and our favorite in Savannah.

A+ experience at the Darling! The staff was extremely friendly, efficient, and warm. Had delicious oysters and a shrimp fry basket, and the Forsyth Farmer cocktail was absolutely excellent.

This place was so nice and the ambient lighting inside was spot on. I love the mix of wood and industrial exposed metal. To top it off, Tiasia was super sweet and was all around had a good professional customer service !
