The waitress we had was super nice, sweet and on point. Really the only thing I was disappointed was bearly any ham in my omelet ? I wasn't a fan of the home fries.

Locals do not eat here, just tourists that do not know any better.
The locals know all the stories about this place, the rats, and the roaches.

The food ok and would be better if the cook was cooking with love. He has a nasty attitude, I tried to tell him the food was good but he ignored me and said he in the kitchen right now and walked off didn’t even look back. I may have given him a tip but his attitude I AWAFUL and I’ll never return until he is gone. I want a happy cook cooking my food not a cook with a mean mug and a arrogant attitude.

I took my family here for brunch and they served my kids pudding that was over 2 mths expired. I told the waitress she need to throw away all the pudding they have. The only response was "OK, do you want apple sauce?" I can see why they scored an 88 on the health report, which they do not have posted anywhere visible.

Came in after a long day at the beach. And was very skeptical about coming in. But I am glad we did! The food was amazing my country fried steak was crispy and the home fries were my favorite! Definitely a great little diner I’m from Detroit and it gave me late night Coney Island vibes
