Ordered more food than necessary. But it was good - except the corn. It was like eating cardboard.

The juicy seafood is one of very few places that you can get the boiled bag with delicious spices. It is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The prices are a little steep though. We usually get the big dinner and split it between 5 or 6 people. That's still $20 a person doing it that way. Each person ordering their own plate would be upwards of $30 or even $40 per person. They also take everyone's temperature before you're allowed to go in and eat. This is the only place I've been that does this. Seems kind of odd at this point

My husband and I went there on the spare of the moment. We both are very picky about food and I am on a very strict regimen diet plan right now. From the time we walked in our experience was great. Our waitress was very friendly. She took her time to understand my order and took the initiative to bring her manager to the table to clarify my request so she in turn could translate to the non English speaking cooks. When our food came out it was piping hot and made to perfection I was very pleased with the portions. Great job

This is our first time here and looking forward to the new store opening in Statesboro. The place was not very busy and only a few people in the dinning room as we was checked at the counter for temp, then we was seated at a booth. The waitress came a few minutes later placed a bucket on our table and took our drink order. I asked why the bottle Bud Light was $2 less than the Draft Beer at $6 and was told she didn't know or know what size the bottles was or the draft beer glass size. So I got a bottle and I ordered a fried shrimp basket with fries. There was 8 shrimp in it along with a good size order of soggy fries that needed to be cooked more. The Shrimp was very good and on the larger side. If you go here make sure to check in on the Yelp App and you will get a 10% discount at check out..

I have been here a few times and I always have a great experience. The food is seasoned perfectly and they are always on time. I can even order a head of time and choose my pick up time online which I love. Also one time I ordered 8 lobster tails and they gave me extra. Another time they gave me extra of a lot of stuff when I made a big order. They look out for people who come a lot and spend a lotnow that’s loyalty! I love it here. I miss is but I’ve since moved.

Crab clusters were extremely small. Pretty sure I paid for over half a pound for just shells.Didn’t seem like the seafood was tossed in the sauce. It was all sitting at the bottom of the bag and like they just threw the seasoning over the meat.My main issue is that they were out of potatoes. Why someone couldn’t go to the grocery store literally 8 minutes up the street to get potatoes, I’m not quite sure.Who doesn’t want potatoes with their low country boil?So there was no substitute for there not being potatoes besides another piece of corn.I don’t eat corn, for the 4+ years I’ve been going here I’ve always just paid a fee to substitute my corn for more potatoes. Here is what annoyed me, since potatoes weren’t available I just wanted to sub my corn and potatoes that are suppose to be there for boiled eggs. Why I had to talk to 3 different people to have this accomplished I’m not quite sure.So to replace 2 corns and 3 potatoes they were only willing to give me TWO eggs. They told me because of a price difference… the side of eggs is literally 25 cents more than the side of cornWhy we couldn’t just charge me the 25 cents difference for me to have eggs replace my corn I’m not quite sureThen not having potatoes is not a customer issue and an alternative within the same price range should’ve been offered to replace the potatoes. If I were asking for sausage to replace the corn and potatoes, I would understand how that wouldn’t be reasonable.I can get a carton of eggs for the prize they charge for 2 eggs.Try next time to have better customer service when you as the restaurant has run out of an item.My server was good though.

This is a great Restaurant to stop by when you're visiting from out of town.

The food looked good but the crabs had little to no meat in them. I've been to similar places that had better quality seafood, less wait time (we had a wait to be seated & another 28 minutes once we were seated before the waitress came back to take our orders), and cheaper prices. The wings & tea were good though.

When I first started visiting this restaurant it was a hit or miss each time I came. I would've previously given them a 3/5. I don't know what they've done differently BUT it's a 5/5. We ordered take out and got a crab leg bag and a king crab bag hot. That is what I call seasoned and spicy I was actually sniffling and my eyes were water but believe me when I say I didn't stop eating !!! I prefer this over OD Seafood.

It's hard to find a place that has great food and service...The juicy seafood is top quality in the food industry and I will be telling everybody about my new spot to eat in Savannah

Wish they had ✂️ for the crableg. I dont understand the empty seats for social distancing on the surrounding outer tables but the center is all near each other. I saw empty tables still they made us wait. Possible short staff? Almost got 3rd degree burn with the hot water in the bathroom ?. Overall food was great. Staff were friendly.

I arrived at about 8:30 PM and I got on the waiting list. I should preface this, this is a Safe place to eat! Protocol is very centric to everything that happens! I waited a very short time and was seated, Cheerfully!I have to say this was a wonderful place to be served great food especially for the price! If you only go for a bite make sure that you have the fried oysters!! You will not be served better fresh fried oysters by paying more money elsewhere! Tender flavourful and not over fried! I was recommended by the fun happy server to try the Sweet pepper sauce and that was a perfect foil for the fried oysters. This is an incisive and organized place and a fun atmosphere. This is off the beaten path but, worth the opportunity to enjoy a good meal at a good price served safely and with a wonderful smile ?????New Orleans food done well!
