I should’ve known to walk out the moment I saw the bathrooms—this place is long overdue for a remodel. I ordered the fried fish and shrimp combo, and the entire meal was a disappointment. The batter was overwhelmingly salty, making it nearly inedible. I sent it back and tried the grilled fish and shrimp instead, but it lacked any real flavor. For $25, I expected at least a decent seafood meal. Unfortunately, this was not it. I won’t be returning.

We walked in around 3:30 (non-rush hours) as a large party of 10 plus an infant and toddler. From the get-go, the hostess was incredibly rude. She had an attitude about us not having a reservation, even though the restaurant was empty save a few tables behind her. We told her we didn’t mind being split up, we understood we were a large group, and they ended up being able to put some tables together for us. The next problem was our stroller with our sleeping infant. I tried to ask the hostess about our options for the stroller with our infant and she would not allow us to keep it along the wall or between empty tables near our table. She snidely asked if he was paralyzed or if he couldnt walk. He was asleep in his stroller. The manager apologized and said she has done this before, which baffles me on why she is the first face the restaurant puts forward to customers. Until this is resolved, i would not recommend coming here. We ended up walking out and eating elsewhere.

Shrimp was small and so dirty and oysters were gritty. Very disappointed!
The waitress was nice but forgetful and I expected better service for the cost of eating there. My wife ordered a salad as an appetizer but got it at the same time as the main meal. We didn't get any type of apology for this from anyone. Then we ordered 2 desserts to go, a piece of pecan pie and warm peach cobbler. When our desserts arrived, they were in a plastic bag knotted at the top. Once home, we opened the plastic bag to have our desserts only to find that the peach cobbler must have been served with ice cream because it was completely melted and looked like a to go container of warm milk. You couldn't even see the cobbler. Had the waitress mentioned the ice cream when we ordered the cobbler, we would have requested it be in a separate container, but then again, why would this be our responsibility. Shouldn't ice cream be separated from warm desserts if the dessert isn't being eaten right away? It seems like pour service again to me. I don't think we will be returning any time soon, and we live locally.

We were there Saturday night, our server Michelle was wonderful despite being triple sat as soon as we sat down, with one table being a 12 top. It was extremely loud, but food was great and very reasonably priced!

Best shrimp I've had in a long time. The peach cobbler is way too big for one person and is also delicious. Negative is it appears like the floors and tables belong in a frat house - the finishes and all degraded and low quality. Once you get past that, the service was very good and the food came fast.
