Don't let the “Factory” in their name mislead you. The food was cooked perfectly! Shrimp & hush puppies were delicious. Often fries are an afterthought. These were crispy outside & fluffy inside. Karen's service was excellent- attentive but not disruptive. Awesome!

Our reservation was for 5:30, we arrived about 20 minutes early and was seated right away. Our server Liz was friendly and very helpful, informed us of the menu. Appetizers and drinks were brought quickly and our entree order was taken. Atmosphere was quiet with easy listening music which was nice compared to the loud music and people at the restaurant we were at last night. Our food was hot and delicious! Wife ordered a cherries jubilee which wasn't exactly what we had thought but it was ok. Overall it was a great dinner and I enjoyed my 72 birthday dinner!

Our appetizers and entrees arrived at the same time. Our server told us, after the fact, that the kitchen was running 20-30 minutes so she put both in at the same time. My "hot" shrimp appetizer was warm at best. My wife's peel and eat shrimp (her entree) had obviously been re-heated prior to serving.

Our server was an absolute sweetheart. The food was just ok. I expected better quality honestly.

Delicious food and great service. My friend said the Pecan pie is the best she has ever had.

When I made the reservation I was worried that the restaurant would feel like a tourist trap with mediocre food. Our experience was just the opposite of that! The restaurant had a friendly vibe and the food was delicious. The fried green tomatoes appetizer was outstanding. I'm so glad we went to The Shrimp Factory.

Food and drinks were good, not great. Place was crowded but overly slow.

Food: I had the Firecracker Shrimp and Shrimp Fettuccine. I loved the Firecracker Shrimp as it wasn’t too spicy and had honey on it to make it a little sweet. I thought it was too much honey but the others at my table disagreed. I do however do not like honey but it was still good. The Shrimp Fettuccine was delicious. One of the best I had. I asked for extra sauce and they understood the assignment lol. The people at my table ate the Low Country Crab Cake and the Oyster Rockefeller. They said quote “Just the right balance of ingredients. It was superb. Outstanding.” 5/5

Service: The waiter was Marquette. He was very funny, nice, patient, and understanding. No complaints. 5/5

Atmosphere: The atmosphere was not formal. Quite messy too as there were spills and shrimp thrown on the ground. It was pretty loud and there were babies screaming and crying. The bathrooms were horrendous. They were very small and you had to walk up stairs to get to the stalls. The stalls were barely enough for your knees to not touch the door (I’m quite tall however but it was still small). There was only one sink and the soap dispenser was crooked and almost falling off the wall. There were only two stalls. The tables kind of close to each other. 3/5

Overall: The food was amazing and tasted wonderful. You should definitely go there to eat. Despite the unique atmosphere the food makes it worth it. Sorry that I could not provide photos and videos.

Parking: You practically have to walk there.

Wheelchair accessibility: This is most definitely not wheel chair friendly. The bathrooms are very very small and barely a person without a wheelchair can fit in them. The bathroom also had stairs.

Unfortunately, the firecracker shrimp was the only good item we had. I ordered the burger which was very dry, thin and overcooked. It looked like a frozen bubba burger patty. My wife and daughter ordered the oysters. They were so small they were having to put 2-3 oysters on a single cracker. My daughter called them "Ozempic Oysters". My other daughter ordered the chicken sandwich. You would think this would be easy....NOPE! The chicken was so overcooked and had ZERO flavor. If you took a bite of it blindfolded, you would never guess it was a chicken sandwich. In short, you'd be better off finding somewhere else to eat.

If you are a shrimp and grits lover do not go here. No flavor and runny. Very disappointing.

Mich was the most annoying server I have EVER had in a restaurant. He tried to be funny, but it wasn’t. Very unprofessional. Far better restaurants than this. Skip it.
