As British over 60s who had been in the US for 1 week we were surprised to be asked for ID to be able to buy a drink. We had not been asked before in Savannah. As my husband walks with a stick, I volunteered to go back to the hotel to collect the ID. While I was away the waiter told my husband he thought I had been sent to get the ID. The waiter then served new guests with alcohol, did not ask for their ID and told them that my husband couldn't be bothered to go get his ID and had sent me. We decided that this was not a place we wanted to patronise and left without ordering anything.

Our server was very rude to us. We had a service dog and she treated us terrible. I noticed it wasn't just us though she was so upset if customers or anyone was in her way. She just looked so unhappy. I didn't let this affect my evening or dinner or tip but I think someone should help her with her attitude.

We really enjoyed our evening. Liz was our waitress, and she was very attentive. The food was delicious. The helpings were huge, so it was hard to eat it all, but we loved what we had.

Crab legs were good, be safe and stick to Beer or wine. Mixed drinks were horrible. Asparagus came out cold

We always enjoy dinner at the Shrimp Factory when we are in Savannah. The food is yummy, and the wait staff are great. Everyone is happy and smiling and function well as a team. The crab legs were divine, and the shrimp were enormous and perfectly seasoned and cooked. The Artillery Punch never disappoints either! Well done everyone.

I should’ve known to walk out the moment I saw the bathrooms—this place is long overdue for a remodel. I ordered the fried fish and shrimp combo, and the entire meal was a disappointment. The batter was overwhelmingly salty, making it nearly inedible. I sent it back and tried the grilled fish and shrimp instead, but it lacked any real flavor. For $25, I expected at least a decent seafood meal. Unfortunately, this was not it. I won’t be returning.

We walked in around 3:30 (non-rush hours) as a large party of 10 plus an infant and toddler. From the get-go, the hostess was incredibly rude. She had an attitude about us not having a reservation, even though the restaurant was empty save a few tables behind her. We told her we didn’t mind being split up, we understood we were a large group, and they ended up being able to put some tables together for us. The next problem was our stroller with our sleeping infant. I tried to ask the hostess about our options for the stroller with our infant and she would not allow us to keep it along the wall or between empty tables near our table. She snidely asked if he was paralyzed or if he couldnt walk. He was asleep in his stroller. The manager apologized and said she has done this before, which baffles me on why she is the first face the restaurant puts forward to customers. Until this is resolved, i would not recommend coming here. We ended up walking out and eating elsewhere.
