Everything was wonderful at The Shrimp Factory. We were seated immediately without a reservation. The crab cake appetizer was delish! I had fish and shrimp for my entree—also delicious—the fish was crunchy on the outside and tender inside. The best fried fish filet I ever had! My aunt enjoyed the shrimp and grits immensely, however, she noted there was a bit of grease from the shrimp sauce. She spooned the grease out to the side and it was perfect. I have to give a shout out to Chef Jason. He was so accommodating of my food allergies and made sure to cook my meal so that I would be safe. Thank you, Chef Jason! Our waiter, Tim, was very attentive and the service was great. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Came here for lunch on a slow Tuesday. Server was kind, but desperately needs training. All food came out at the same time. No timing at all. Spinach dip is not worth the no ey or the calories. Tried to find the blue crab meat in the shrimp and blue crab gratin, but no such luck. Then tried the peach cobbler, which was as average and uninspiring as the food before. No finesse, just a big mass of gooey, sticky barely warm something (2 small pieces of peach in it). Overall, very disappointing With a little bit of effort and care, one could do much better. . Save your money and keep walking a bit further down Riverwalk for a better experience.
KIMBERLY!!!ROCKSTAR, she runs that bar with an outstanding professional iron fist. Helpful, friendly enough, but fully in control of the crowd. She even Carded several pairs of senior citizens who just wanted a beer. Nothing got by her, at least on this day.Kitchen did well and the food was good.

We traveled from Texas and was excited to try this location. The place is cute, the location is perfect the staff was extra kind.The food was just not tasty at all. I had the shrimp and grits and the presentation was a mess. The hush Puppies were like card board. The sauce was not good, the seasoning did not exist and the tea a=was mid. My travel buddy had a bad meal as well. We left with very sad faces and $78 spent for bad food. We were there 4/18/24
The service is so great our server was very efficient and made you feel at home. The food we all had was very good I had low country boil, Wife had fish and shrimp platter, other people in our group had shrimp and grits, crab and shrimp (covered in cheese with butter broccoli and yellow rice and a seafood combination platter . If you are in Savannah don't miss this restaurant
