My husband and I had the privilege of working with the Southern Palate for our wedding! The staff went above and beyond serving our guests and myself included! They made sure my husband and I got the first plate so we could actually have time to eat which most people don't on their wedding so thankfully they did that for us! The food was absolutely delicious. Our guests constantly talked about at the wedding and after the wedding! If you need a caterer for any event, we highly recommend The Southern Palate!!

When I needed a last minute caterer to come to my home and cater an event for thirty people I did a google search and found The Southern Palate. I being from Savannah had not heard of this caterer. Her website was wonderful and the reviews were great. But still it was like taking a shot in the dark but boy let me tell you I hit the Bulls Eye when I hired Miss Shannon and her crew to do a Friday night low country boil for a bunch of out of town guest. I wanted them to have a taste of the low country while visiting Savannah. I also just wanted to enjoy my guest and not have to worry about a thing. Miss Shannon and her crew did an excellent job and the food was amazing. Everyone loved everything they put in their mouths. She is super professional and I loved working with her. From now on when I have to feed more than twenty people at my home Miss Shannon will be the first person I call!

The taste-testing was superb. We had Herb Roasted chicken, roast beef and gravy, green beans, mac-n-cheese, and a dinner roll. It was the southern taste and flavors that made it just right!

Shannon runs a great catering business. The food is absolutely delicious. She catered a family reunion for me in July with 65 people. She did Friday night heavy appetizers and hors d'oeuvres and on Saturday- a full dinner. Everyone raved about the food. I would especially highlight her roast beef which was out of this world... Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy. Her smoked salmon platter was incredible as was the spinach and artichoke dip. (Still thinking about it!)!Really, everything was great but those were the highlights! Many of my family members who live in Savannah plan to use her for future catering. She was very communicative and responsive easy to plan with and delivered on time! I can't say enough good things.

We hired Southern Palate for our corporate Christmas Party (roughly 90 people), and they were fantastic! You can tell they make their food with pride because it was BEYOND good--it tasted like a true home-cooked, southern meal, which was perfect for our party. I received so many rave reviews from our guests that I will absolutely hire Shannon and her team again for future events. Everyone on her staff was polite, professional, efficient, and 100% focused on our guests. I could not have asked for a better experience and vendor. Thank you Southern Palate!!

Don't hesitate to call Shannon and her team. We contracted them to cater the Holiday luncheon for our team and it was excellent. The food and service were awesome. Shannon was responsive in getting me a quote and making sure that the date and time were correct. She and a member of her team delivered and set up the service for us. Our employees enjoyed all of the food. The roast beef, baked chicken and banana pudding were favorites. I personally loved the roasted zucchini and squash. Overall a great experience and will definitely be using the Southern Palate again!
