Walked in this place sat down it was so filthy we got up and left..the floors were so sticky my shoes stuck all the way to the table couldn’t see out any windows so dirty just gross

We were looking for a seafood place for Mom's birthday. The only reason why I gave the food a 4 is because there was really not a good way to eat it. Mom got the snow crab low country boil which she never had before and it was so greasy she could hardly handle it with the plastic utensils. I actually had a tool in my Leatherman that she was able to use. If I hadn't had that she wouldn't have been able to eat it. I recommend the restaurant get some real utensils and dishes. That would make it a definite five star. Good prices, good fresh quality.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! Everything was broiled perfectly, corn, potatoes, and all of the seafood! Skyy was our waitress, super friendly, checked in on us often, ask for her if you visit!

I’ll be honest and say I was bit skeptical coming in because of the security outside and inside before you’re seated. But every single person there was extremely kind and very courteous. My server asked how I wanted the appetizer and the food to come out, which I was appreciative of. The food itself had a freshly cooked taste without that annoying ammonia smell. As far as the seasoning, it was a bit on the salty side (for my palate), almost as if the butter was salted as well as the seasoning.
All in all, I’d definitely return. But I’d get the seasoning on the side as opposed the I directly on my food.

I recently visited Top Crab and had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely lacking. Our waitress barely attended to us, never asked if we needed refills, and didn't check on our table at all. She disappeared for almost 30 minutes, and I had to ask the host to find her just so we could get our checks. When she finally returned, she didn't ask if we needed to-go boxes or even apologize for the long wait. To make matters worse, the other wait staff purposely ignored us and focused on their personal tables, even though they could see that no one was attending to us. This level of service is unacceptable and definitely not what I expected from this restaurant. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Extremely disappointed in the service. I ordered an appetizer along with our food and never received it. We didn’t receive one of the main entrees and our waitress (Maiyah) never came back to even check on us after asking for her multiple times. When we asked for the manager the manager never came. And the waitress came and sat the bill on the table (with just the stuff she served which was one meal) said nothing and walked away. We literally drove an hour away to this establishment all to be disappointed and still hungry. I don’t recommend this place. They need to teach people some customer service skills to keep customers coming back.

The food is a little salty...
But the taste was good and the staff were very friendly.
Crab was full of meat and tasted good.
I also enjoyed the shrimp and mussels.
The quantity wasn't enough and it was good.

Service is very bad,.we sat down for 28 minutes before I waved another servant to get our order. The food came "25mins later with nothing to eat with. It's for teenagers.
