I had a really bad experience at Tropical Smoothie Café. The staff were super disrespectful and didn’t seem to work together at all — everyone was arguing and moving slow like no one knew what they were doing. The place was also very unclean, tables were sticky and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped all day. Definitely not coming back here.

Pulled up at the drive thru at 8:55PM, was told I would have to wait as they are busy inside and close in 5 mins. I agree to wait… 5 mins later the rude child responds “we closed”. I respond that she told me to wait, she then rudely interrupts me to say “ I told yall we was closing soon and was busy”. I then asked the young lady for her name in which she ignored my request multiple times. I will be contacting corporate.

So I usually go to the over on dereen but since this one is closer to my job I went Herr had a taste for a bowl so bad Nutella acai it sucks so bad 👎 mad bout my 12 dollars I could have gotten soup an salad from olive garden for that price
The food was okay but customer service the one on Derrane is better as far as that is concerned. The young lady decided to take our orders waiting in the lobby as we were waiting for some time and the manager made a slick comment that almost made me leave but my card was already being charged. Maybe it was a bad day but I won’t be back to see if that was the case.

why did they give me an empty bowl? This is horrible. and they never gave me any napkins. I had to wipe my face with the bag and there was an employee cussing outside when I had three children in the car.

I ordered my açai bowl with Nutella But when I got it, there was no Nutella so when I went back in, I said there was no Nutella and the lady was like yeah it’s on the bottom there was never Nutella in the cup. I also ordered no Chia seeds. Guess what was in there Chia seeds. There was also a lady saying so much cuss words I have a kid in the car they could’ve heard that. They also give us no napkins. I had to use the bag to wipe my mouth off. The food was amazing, but the atmosphere and customer service needs to be better. That’s why it’s a one star. Don’t trust this place.

This was not my order. I ordered a açai with banana Nutella, honey and strawberries, and they gave me banana strawberry in sesame seeds. This is not what I ordered, and when I went back in, the lady said the Nutella was at the bottom, but it was clearly not and so you Your staff lied. Don’t trust this place .Plus your staff is so rude The atmosphere was so bad there was ladies cussing outside. It was horrible. But the food is amazing. 1 star.
