Absolute worst service I ever had. If you are reading this go to the other tropical smoothie so hopefully they will close this one down or hire new employees.

Pulled into the the drive thru at 745pm. Ordered a smoothie. Got cut off before I could let them know what add ins I wanted. When I tried to order a quesadilla, they started to laugh at me and said we aren’t doing food anymore. I asked if there was a certain they stopped serving food and they just laughed again and said they were cleaning and didn’t want to make food anymore. I drove off. Very rude service.

I always stop here before work in the mornings. This location is not well known so i am always able to get in and out for now. Ms. Brandy, the GM, was very nice to assist me when i got some of my coworkers smoothies for breakfast.

Ordered 4 smoothies and tipped. $28. My smoothie and one of my childrens came out missing the top 2 inches of the drink. At these prices I'd expect to at minimum get what I pay for.

I usually like Tropical Smoothie, but this one is atrocious. I ordered two smoothies, both of which I had had before at other stores. When I finally got them (very slow), they were watery and tasteless. I brought this to the employees’ attention and they proceeded to tell me the whey protein “thins” them out and then tried to gaslight me into believing that was just the way Tropical Smoothies are. They made no offer to remake the smoothies. I should have demanded a refund but left due to fatigue with the situation. Do not frequent this place unless you like watery tasteless smoothies that cost $8 and apathetic employees.

Refuse to serve me because they closed 20 minutes early and locked the doors

I recently ordered a delivery order, and I had 5 items. When it got to my house, the driver only gave me one item, which was a smoothie that was made wrong do better.

We just went to the drive through to order a late dinner at 8:10pm on Saturday. The store hours are until 9pm. When we pulled up we were greeted, my husband asked if we could have a moment to decide on our order. When he ordered a wrap at 8:11 we were then told that the restaurant wasn’t serving food anymore for the day. There was no drive thru line and no customers inside. There were two young ladies inside “working”. You close at 9. Also , maybe use your brain and let people know when they pull up that you’d be happy to serve them however food items are not served past whatever time the little employee decided they aren’t going to be served. I shouldn’t be surprised that forward thinking is uncommon. This is the third tropical smoothie location I’ve had poor service from. Now I’m definitely never going back which is frustrating given that their menu sounds great. Too bad we haven’t had an opportunity to try it at any of the Savannah locations. Thanks for the bad taste.

Love their drinks

Waited 10min at the cashier and no one took my order. There were 3 girls working, one literally looked at my face and kept cleaning the counter while the other was at the drive thru line for 10min talking with someone and the other one in the kitchen prepping something. Tonight the drive thru and the team members putting each order together did a wonderful job. I ordered the Chicken Pesto Flatbread. It was made exactly how I like it AND they didn't over power the flatbread with pesto. Once in the past I had it too oily. Tonight that wasn't the case. Thank you so much!

The past two times I’ve gone my food was disgusting and made incorrect. The first time I thought maybe it was just that morning. Came back two weeks later even worse. Never again.
