Whatever you do, don’t order the smoothie bowls. They will give it to you completely frozen, rock solid. The employees were snarky and rude. The woman’s name is Kairi, who giggled in my face when I told her the bowl was not edible. They need to be retrained in food preparation and customer service.

I ordered a Blueberry Bliss smoothie tonight that was delivered by Door Dash. It was horrible. It did not have strawberry or banana in it. It was almost a purple color and tasted very powdery. Very disappointed as it was 11.00 before tip.

I came to the door - which was locked! The store was open - the sign was lit. It’s 5:15 on a Sunday!! The girl behind the counter wouldn’t address me and my children as we were standing knocking on the door. Other customers were inside. Another woman tried to get the employee’s attention. Her face was annoyed. She finally came to the door only to tell me that only Mobile orders were available for inside - no signage was posted. Not good customer service!!!

Ordered delivery from the Tropical Smoothie website. All my order did not arrive. When I called was told that is was a Door Dash issue that all my order was in the bag when it was picked up. Then the manager told me she would remake my missing item and I could come pick it up. I believe the correct way it should have been handled, since I ordered from the Tropical Smoothie site the manager should have ordered it thru the store site and has to delivered to me. I will not order from there again.

Refused me from ordering a smoothie because it was “too late” to order and they were “too busy with online orders”. They close at 9pm and l arrived through the drive thru at 8:40pm, they were incredibly rude and said it’s too late we are busy with online orders. I will not be returning here.

It’s such an embarrassment to call this place a business. Staff is so rude. Came here 40 minutes before they closed and they told me I wasn’t allowed to order a smoothie because they were too busy with online orders and wouldn’t have time to make it. Very unprofessional and the staff always seems so lazy. Do not come to this location. Management if you are reading this, please hire better employees.

Lazy workers didnt even attempt to blend the ice in my smoothie, I can’t drink it until it all melts so definitely recommend going ANYWHERE else!!!

Tonight 12/13 went there for my regular smoothie realized that they now service the bowls. The staff there was absolutely amazing from who took my order to the person taking my money. So happy you have the bowls but the staff was just amazing..the bowl is sooooo good I got acai bowl with peanut butter.

Come on Staff! Please tell those staff to stop talking when a customer puts their order. My mom ordered a smoothie and it took 20 minutes. The staff was like, one minute. There were four staff and they all talked. Did the manager even get to do that? That is definitely UNACCEPTABLE! That is a one star smoothie place! Fix your management! Stop being slow! 👎

I hope they will be better with their management. Btw, Their smoothies are large and pretty good. They are expensive. $5.99 for one smoothie, Crazy for me. But, It is convenient for me. It is next to Parker’s.

I did take out from here and it was my first time. They were really helpful. Lola was very quick, polite, and accommodating while I tried to pick up my girlfriends order.

Pulled up to drive thru On Saturday 11-18-23 at about 12:15pm and was never acknowledged, the 2 cars in front of me also never moved nor were they attended to.After an insane amount of time, we went inside because the 3 year old really wanted a smoothie. Inside we found quite a few people waiting with 1 young lady making the smoothies and 1 making food and another taking orders. After placing my order we had no choice but to wait and watch, the smoothie station was a mess and the containers weren’t being properly washed. In one instance the young lady making smoothies placed the container in the sink, splashed water on the container and proceeded to grab it out the sink with gunk completely stuck to the sides and used the same container to make another smoothie. When the young lady taking orders went to remove the container to pour the smoothie into a cup she showed the other young lady the gunk and she simply mumbled a response and proceeded to make more smoothies. Every container used had product/residue in it from a previous order after being pulled from the sink where they weren’t being properly washed.Finally, a manager or shift leader arrived and began clearing orders, giving instructions and cleaning containers. I finally received my order after a record 1 hour wait. Needless to say, this location needs a lot of work. Being short staffed is understandable but never acknowledging customers, not even attempting to clean and not offering an apology or explanation is completely unacceptable.

$18 for quesadilla, chips and smoothie, did not put salsa in the bag. Can get the same meal at pooler Tropical for $13.
