Ordered 4 smoothies and tipped. $28. My smoothie and one of my childrens came out missing the top 2 inches of the drink. At these prices I'd expect to at minimum get what I pay for.

I usually like Tropical Smoothie, but this one is atrocious. I ordered two smoothies, both of which I had had before at other stores. When I finally got them (very slow), they were watery and tasteless. I brought this to the employees’ attention and they proceeded to tell me the whey protein “thins” them out and then tried to gaslight me into believing that was just the way Tropical Smoothies are. They made no offer to remake the smoothies. I should have demanded a refund but left due to fatigue with the situation. Do not frequent this place unless you like watery tasteless smoothies that cost $8 and apathetic employees.

Refuse to serve me because they closed 20 minutes early and locked the doors

I recently ordered a delivery order, and I had 5 items. When it got to my house, the driver only gave me one item, which was a smoothie that was made wrong do better.

We just went to the drive through to order a late dinner at 8:10pm on Saturday. The store hours are until 9pm. When we pulled up we were greeted, my husband asked if we could have a moment to decide on our order. When he ordered a wrap at 8:11 we were then told that the restaurant wasn’t serving food anymore for the day. There was no drive thru line and no customers inside. There were two young ladies inside “working”. You close at 9. Also , maybe use your brain and let people know when they pull up that you’d be happy to serve them however food items are not served past whatever time the little employee decided they aren’t going to be served. I shouldn’t be surprised that forward thinking is uncommon. This is the third tropical smoothie location I’ve had poor service from. Now I’m definitely never going back which is frustrating given that their menu sounds great. Too bad we haven’t had an opportunity to try it at any of the Savannah locations. Thanks for the bad taste.

Love their drinks

Waited 10min at the cashier and no one took my order. There were 3 girls working, one literally looked at my face and kept cleaning the counter while the other was at the drive thru line for 10min talking with someone and the other one in the kitchen prepping something. Tonight the drive thru and the team members putting each order together did a wonderful job. I ordered the Chicken Pesto Flatbread. It was made exactly how I like it AND they didn't over power the flatbread with pesto. Once in the past I had it too oily. Tonight that wasn't the case. Thank you so much!

The past two times I’ve gone my food was disgusting and made incorrect. The first time I thought maybe it was just that morning. Came back two weeks later even worse. Never again.

Whatever you do, don’t order the smoothie bowls. They will give it to you completely frozen, rock solid. The employees were snarky and rude. The woman’s name is Kairi, who giggled in my face when I told her the bowl was not edible. They need to be retrained in food preparation and customer service.

I ordered a Blueberry Bliss smoothie tonight that was delivered by Door Dash. It was horrible. It did not have strawberry or banana in it. It was almost a purple color and tasted very powdery. Very disappointed as it was 11.00 before tip.

I came to the door - which was locked! The store was open - the sign was lit. It’s 5:15 on a Sunday!! The girl behind the counter wouldn’t address me and my children as we were standing knocking on the door. Other customers were inside. Another woman tried to get the employee’s attention. Her face was annoyed. She finally came to the door only to tell me that only Mobile orders were available for inside - no signage was posted. Not good customer service!!!

Ordered delivery from the Tropical Smoothie website. All my order did not arrive. When I called was told that is was a Door Dash issue that all my order was in the bag when it was picked up. Then the manager told me she would remake my missing item and I could come pick it up. I believe the correct way it should have been handled, since I ordered from the Tropical Smoothie site the manager should have ordered it thru the store site and has to delivered to me. I will not order from there again.
