Lazy workers didnt even attempt to blend the ice in my smoothie, I can’t drink it until it all melts so definitely recommend going ANYWHERE else!!!

Tonight 12/13 went there for my regular smoothie realized that they now service the bowls. The staff there was absolutely amazing from who took my order to the person taking my money. So happy you have the bowls but the staff was just amazing..the bowl is sooooo good I got acai bowl with peanut butter.

Pulled up to drive thru On Saturday 11-18-23 at about 12:15pm and was never acknowledged, the 2 cars in front of me also never moved nor were they attended to.After an insane amount of time, we went inside because the 3 year old really wanted a smoothie. Inside we found quite a few people waiting with 1 young lady making the smoothies and 1 making food and another taking orders. After placing my order we had no choice but to wait and watch, the smoothie station was a mess and the containers weren’t being properly washed. In one instance the young lady making smoothies placed the container in the sink, splashed water on the container and proceeded to grab it out the sink with gunk completely stuck to the sides and used the same container to make another smoothie. When the young lady taking orders went to remove the container to pour the smoothie into a cup she showed the other young lady the gunk and she simply mumbled a response and proceeded to make more smoothies. Every container used had product/residue in it from a previous order after being pulled from the sink where they weren’t being properly washed.Finally, a manager or shift leader arrived and began clearing orders, giving instructions and cleaning containers. I finally received my order after a record 1 hour wait. Needless to say, this location needs a lot of work. Being short staffed is understandable but never acknowledging customers, not even attempting to clean and not offering an apology or explanation is completely unacceptable.

I liked the restaurant, but when it comes to the drive thru you can say they kind of slow with it. My favorite is the jetty punch and the bacon ranch Flatbread, really good.

Last Friday my 2 teenage sons had a half day at school and were instructed to have lunch and get haircuts. They decided to visit Tropical smoothie in Savannah. While placing food orders my oldest son requested cash back( as many business offer). The associate stared blankly at him for a while then said ‘ I don’t understand.’ Justin (my 17 yr old son) again asked if he could get cash back, like four $10 bills. The associate then went to a manager to have a discussion.The manager and associate again asked what my son was asking for. He again asked for cash back, four $10 bills. The manager quickly understood his request and told him that service isn’t available, which my son understood. However, the associate then states “ I thought we were getting robbed” “I thought you were robbing us.” After this interaction both of my sons are now confused and feeling uneasy about the situation, however they sit down to wait for theirfood. The associate brought my boys their food, and again mentions how she thought my sons were trying to rob the establishment. To say how disheartening this situation is, would be an understatement. My sons frustration, after being profiled for simple asking for cash back, is warranted.This scenario could have had many different outcomes. There were other customers in store who could’ve heard word ‘robbed’ and took one actions in their own hands, got police involvement etc…. All over my son asking for cash back for a haircut . Nothing about this is OK. I’m not sure if the associate felt intimated about my son stature or complexion but I’m writing this email to bring to light a situation that could have been handled better

It is by having buyers that a company needs sellers. The seller at this location did not have any respect for me as a customer... She gave no thank you to appreciate my purchase and didn't offer me to come back. The moment I was given my drink she quickly said " your welcome" instead of thank you. Bad service here... Customers should be valued/ appreciated. I always say thank you to every customer I have had in my life with ever discrimination. It's sad when I don't see my good karma come around.

Absolutely rude. It's been over a year since I had to do a negative review on yelp and this place deserves it. "MYA" was extremely rude and attempted to rush us through the drive through even though we were trying to decide what we wanted. Was very snippy asking "is that it?" "Pull forward" hell it made me feel like I was getting the food for free. Then the Bahama mama tasted like onions or something was put in there because the flavor was different than other times I've had it. Who knows. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here cuz we didn't deserve this. After all of these negative reviews and comments I would love to see management do something to better the company/business. Fortunately we won't be coming back. Keep the money!
