Came here for the 1st time last night and got the fried eggplant sandwich and I was not expecting it to be so good!! The pepper jelly hit the spot and wasn't too spicy, the arugula with the sesame bun was a delicious finishing touch. Also it was a big sandwich for the price! I was super full, and could barely finish it. Will have to come back again!

Was out and about by Starland Yard and was told by a friend that they had their Pork Belly BLT and that it was good. Looked over the menu and saw the June Burger wanting to try it. O.M.GOODNESSš¤¤ TO ME, this is the best grass feed beef burger, I've tasted in a LONG timeš¤š¼ please stop by Uncle June's for their food. You will NOT be disappointed!

First of all, I abhor any and all kinds of olives. I got the Italian cold cut (which doesnāt say it comes with olives) When I tell you I didnāt even notice there were green olives until I looked down and saw one - I was agog, aghast, flabbergastedā¦ gagged if you will. I have NEVER, willingly, continued to eat anything that has come within a 10 mile radius of an olive. This sandwich somehow incorporated the flavor of olives and , dare I say, enhanced the flavor? All I know is I devoured it. Amazing food and wonderful service. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. I got the pickle plate which says āa tour of picklesā and once I got it I was very disappointed. There were a few pickle chips but it was mostly pickled diced carrots, tomato slices, and diced onions and peppers. The description was misleading or at least very poorly written. It just needs an re-write. Our whole group was very confused because we were expecting a variety of pickles. However, I am not kidding when I say the June Burger is the best burger that I have ever had. I was in town for an event and Iām sad that thereās a good chance Iāll never be back to have that burger again. Iāll be searching for anyone near me in VA that can compete with that thing.

Last night of my stay in Savannah, had the smoked wings special, they are a top 3 wing I've ever had that wasn't a buffalo wing. Also had the burger, insanely good, bun wasn't overly toasty, burger patty was a little too well done for my liking, but it was so juicy I didn't even care. Will definitely go back next time I'm in town! Awesome place!

This place rocks. Everything Iāve ever ordered here has been delicious and the staff are always super nice and cool. Canāt get enough of the funky caesar and steakhouse potatoes.
Good sandwich but whoever made it burnt the bottom tried to cover it up and then only gave me a slice and a half of thin pork belly. Didnāt realize till I got to other half and it was all just mayo. Sad because the flavor is there just an off day for the cook I guess.

Uncle Juneās at Starland Yard was a first for me, and I walked away with one unexpected takeaway: this sandwich was too big. I know thatās not something commonly said, but hear me out. I got the ham and pimento cheese sandwich with buffalo cucumbers on the side, and while the flavors were solid (the pimento cheese slapped), the sheer height of the sandwich made it hard to fully enjoy. It was justā¦ a lot. A structural challenge, if you will.
That aside, the experience was great. The staff was super accommodating, and Starland Yard has an easy, cozy vibeāespecially on a weekday. Iād been before on a weekend, and the energy is completely different.
Next time, Iād probably go for something a little easier to tackle, but overall, a solid spot with good food and a great setting.
