The food and ambience were excellent, but the service was really disappointing. Our waiter was consistently hurried and lacked any personality. There was an impersonal feel to the place with the host seating us in what felt like a mechanical manner. I said to my spouse, as we left the place, that everyone seemed caught up in the tasking while lacking the skill of simultaneously providing quality customer service. This was a special occasion for us, our 35th anniversary. We left after our meal. We were over it.

Received very poor service. I don’t think our server ever shared their name. All of the fried foods are prepared in the same grease (which the server neglected to share until after we had ordered) which is very concerning as a party with a vegetarian and a shellfish allergy. Food also lacked seasoning - very disappointing experience overall.

Our waitress was exceptional. There was nothing we could want that Sherilyn L. Didn’t take care of. This is our 3rd time to Vic’s. We were very disappointed that the new Management got rid of The Vic’s wine glasses that we would bye. We were very disappointed that this was the decision made by the new managers. Wonderful food and ambiance.

We visited Vic’s this past weekend and it was everything I could have imagined! The ambiance was exactly as expected and the food and drinks were excellent. We tried almost everything; the crab cakes, calamari, seafood pasta, meatloaf and desserts were all excellent, and everyone was able to order something they preferred and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will suggest anyone not familiar with the area, the entrance to the restaurant is not necessarily on River street, but you can still access the restaurant via elevator from the coffee shop, but the top entrance was much easier and more accessible for my party! Overall we had an excellent experience and would definitely visit again.

Four of us had a late lunch at Vics from the tour bus guide's recommendation. Absolutely wonderful food and waitress. The french onion soup was the best I had in decades. All the other food we had was great.

Upscale place with the slowest service I've ever seen. Sat in less than a minute, ordered 5 minutes later. Food wasn't out for 45 minutes. We ordered a salad and steak and eggs. Multiple people were sat and served before we were. Cups ran dry multiple times. And once the food came out it was luke warm at best.

It was very hard to find the restaurant as there are 3 under the same banner and staff at one location were not helpful at directing us to correct location. At least 2 other couples had the same problem. We were 20min late and were seated in what felt like part of the doorway path. It's too bad because we were looking forward to the meal
