Easily the most overheyped pizza place I have ever been to. I ordered a large cheese and it 6/10 at best and I'm being generous. It's really not that good. I ordered to go and off the pizza I wouldn't bother waiting to eat in. I don't know if they're having a bad day making pizzas but this just was not that good. I grew up in the Northeast and I grew up around good pizza I know that's been said a lot but this is definitely not great. It's basic and overpriced.
Vinnie Van Go-Go’s was recommended to me years ago when I first visited Savannah. On my most recent trip I had to stop again. It STILL does not disappoint. The pizza by the slice is a large portion, not only a great value for the money, it’s the best pizza!! Don’t miss this OG staple when visiting town, you won’t regret it. Great service, atmosphere and value for your money!!
In town for a week and wanted good not chain pizza. THIS PLACE IS A MUST-GO! Pizza was delicious and the pickiest eater LOVED THE SINGLE SLICE! It was as big as her head! If you want pizza that doesn’t taste the same as everywhere else come check it out!
