Ella was an amazing server: attentive, never let our drinks get close to empty, extremely kind, and probably one of the calmest humans I’ve met in general. The food was fantastic and everything we ordered was correct.

Brenda and Maxwell went out of their way to take care of us. Our apartment complex was evacuated because of a fire alarm situation. They completely handled our order and served up delicious food very very quickly. #1 best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. Thank you Maxwell and Brenda. Absolute rockstars.

The staff in the food is the overall experience was absolutely fabulous. Now I love a waffle house and I will go to the ones that are a little sketchy just to throw it out there, but this one was clean and fabulous and really the staff made our day thank you so much.

I arrived at 5:30 the restaurant is completely empty, yet there is a 15 minute wait. Literally there are 2 employees (a waitress and a cook), who are cleaning. Never experienced an empty restaurant with a wait time. Are the employees not able to multitask? I sat in the parking lot for the wait time and all they did was clean and talk. Never again.

Went into the waffle house today. Immediately greeted from everyone which was awesome. The cook Noah had the food coming out fast and it was delicious. What made the experience even better was the associates!!! Due to them wearing name tags, Ella, Kiki, & Fletch had the place rocking out.. they all looked upbeat and pleasant. Jukebox has great selections!! If ever the the area, you must visit this place.
I went to waffle house in the hood!!!! Can't get into the restaurant unless they buzz the door and unlock it first. Must have gotten robbed a few times I guess... The food was fine and service was fine

Ordered hasbrowns the way I always do, scattered smothered covered chunked, and they were soggy with grease, more burnt grease and inedible.
We also tried toay for someone else as a way of showing our Thanks on Thanksgiving, but were told someone else had paid for them, when we asked if we could pay for another table they started shrugging, then we saw the person we asked to pay for get his tucket and pay for himself... Weirdo.

I loved it when I went here back in 2023 , the food was amazing, there was this nice lady that when she found out it was me and my family’s first time being at Waffle House was happy to serve us. Anyway the food was great and I hope Waffle House comes to Illinois more.
