Ordered hasbrowns the way I always do, scattered smothered covered chunked, and they were soggy with grease, more burnt grease and inedible.
We also tried toay for someone else as a way of showing our Thanks on Thanksgiving, but were told someone else had paid for them, when we asked if we could pay for another table they started shrugging, then we saw the person we asked to pay for get his tucket and pay for himself... Weirdo.
Great service, great food, exactly what I wanted.

I loved it when I went here back in 2023 , the food was amazing, there was this nice lady that when she found out it was me and my family’s first time being at Waffle House was happy to serve us. Anyway the food was great and I hope Waffle House comes to Illinois more.

As you show we had a wonderful meal. Nothing like fresh hot waffles and potatoes - scattered, smothered, covered, and chunked!

Stopped in for breakfast to have our first Waffle House experience - upon arrival we were warmly greeted and sat at the counter. We were served by Ella (maybe a manager) who was as warm and friendly as if we were old friends stopping in! We had a great breakfast of eggs, grits, hash browns (scattered of course) and a pecan waffle (also a must). Coffee was pretty good too. Ella seemed to be training a new employee behind the counter and spoke so kindly and respectively to them. Everyone seemed to be working as a team under their direction. Super impressed by our experience and will def be back. We think every branch of Waffle House needs an Ella!

Kiki is doing an amazing job running the floor by herself. Stylish, kind, and running the show!

Walked in at 10pm and was told take out only, what kind of establishment runs on take out orders only. Such a disgrace, it completely seemed like the associates working didn’t want to deal with any customers. Customer service is completely gone!
Our server was very personable and friendly though also very busy, however she still took good care of us. Once our orders for the six of us were in it was only 10-15 minutes and we got our fresh cooked food. Everything was very tasty.

Signs say “Takeout only Friday-Sunday 11:30pm-“ but it seems they pick and chose when they feel like done in is welcome. Half the time I’ll come to dine in at like 11pm and they say Togo only…

We were passing through on our road trip and I’ve always wanted to go to a Waffle House. We chose this one and we were not disappointed!! From the moment we walked in Ms. Brenda was so pleasant and kind. We enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service!!! We will always come to this location just for Ms. Brenda! If you see this before going, tell her “Oregon” sent you!! She made my first experience absolutely amazing!! My waffle was so good, I forgot the picture lol

Last night, my friends and I went to the President Street Waffle House in Savannah, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
When we first walked in, we went to the bathroom — there was weed out on the counter with a strong foul smell, and even a game roll in the trash can with its contents dumped out. It was disgusting and completely unprofessional.
When we sat down (there were only five of us and one other couple dining), a rude employee came up and only said, “How are y’all paying?” — no greeting, no “welcome,” nothing. One of my friends even said “How are you?” and she just ignored her.
After we said how we’d be paying, she walked away and didn’t come back. We sat there for 35 minutes without anyone saying a word to us or taking our order.
Then, when a group of Savannah Arts students came in after their homecoming, the workers immediately told them “to-go orders only”, even though we were still sitting there waiting and had never been told that.
Overall, the place felt unsanitary, unprofessional, and downright rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Ive never seen anything like this in my life. We are locked out of the establishment, they tell us we can only put in an online order but the service isnt working. The employees here refuse to take our order. Worst experience ive ever had. This is truly insane

Breakfast around 10 or 10:30am on a Saturday was great. The experience was mostly good due to our waiter being on top of things despite multi-tasking.
