This location should be closed. I walked in with my niece last month during the week after doctors appointment. A table was cleaned for us and the waitress never returned. After 35 minutes we left and visited an Applebee's. There was a full house of Waffle House waitresses which seemed to spend all their time behind the counter talking about whatever and ignoring customers. Not sure if a Manager was on duty or not. I will never return. I have been a loyal Waffle House customer for many years and it seems the last few years customer service has fallen off. It seems the wrong people are being hired. As a retired Marketing Dir for the largest computer Corp customer service is everything. People buy from people they like. Customers return when the waiter or waitress greeted with a smile and friendly tone. An attentive person will win out every time.
