I've seen the WH back home move faster with half the staff. All the chiefs did was have an attitude with their coworkers, act like they didn't give a care. I watched people who walked in after me get served first. I watched the server ask for my bacon half a dozen times, and my main plate was cold by the time I finally got my food because of it. It took an hour to get a To Go order at a Waffle House. I'm upset that I still have to give this location the One Star because it doesn't even deserve that.

I stopped by this Waffle House today and had one of the worst dining experiences I can remember. When I arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty—just me and one other customer checking out—so I expected quick and attentive service. That was not the case.
The waitress seemed like she was wrapping up her shift, but that’s no excuse for the terrible service. It took far too long just to get a drink, and my food took even longer. When it finally arrived, it was missing the waffle—which, at Waffle House, is pretty ridiculous. I had to ask for it separately, and if I hadn’t, I doubt they would have even noticed.
For a place that has a 3.8-star rating on Google, this experience felt more like a 2.0 at best. Between the slow service, lack of attention, and forgotten food, I can confidently say I won’t be returning. 0/5 recommend. Save your time and go somewhere that actually cares about its customers.

Customer service is terrible!! Waited for hours & spent over $100 & staff and Savannah Pd were so rude ! They missed a whole entire of my order! Devante was the ONLY employee who showed TRUE customer service & a care for customers. He tried to correct a mistake that wasn’t even his fault! This Waffle House NEVER has to worry about me returning. Food is MEDIOCRE & DEVANTE should be a MANAGER since he has the best customer service skills in the BUILDING!! ( sadly I met the manager too). 4/10 (due to customer service) would NEVER recommend.

Loved everything about this visit. In Savannah for my birthday and my birthday belly wanted Waffle House! They did not disappoint. Employees were just as awesome as my pork chops!!! Thank you again
Also I had left my wallet and did not realize it until the next morning. They put my wallet up for me. I'm so beyond thankful. Toni, Nikki, Bre, and Vivian.... You guys rock!!! 🥰

Some of the staff didn't seem to want to be there. It was only 9pm. The rock star cook when we got there was going to town getting orders out. Then someone else took over and things slowed way down. The waiter was only allowed to take so many orders at a time due to not having enough staff. He was very nice and did what he could. My husband's meal came in bits at a time: waffles first, then eventually with my meal came the eggs and toast, finally came the sausage when we had both been finished for several minutes. My hash brown bowl wasn't as expected. Chicken seemed over done, hash browns not cooked enough, cold, and the taste just was there.
The 3rd shift Monday night, 12/3/2024, was on point with the food and service. Those gentlemen provided great customer service and excellent quality food. 10/10 👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏

Ordered at 4:30, app said it would be ready at 5:00. Waited 10 minutes with no line to pick up my food. Told it "just came in" and that it would be another 15 minutes. Don't tip the night staff.
Also the servers name was Javonte with the big ass nose on third shift and he got my food wrong TWICE. This was my girlfriend's first time at a wafflehouse, hate that this had to be her first impression of WH
