I worked all night and in between shifts, I took a nap in the parking lot. I parked out of the way of any customers.
I usually purchase when I visit a waffle house but when I went in to use the restroom (I was only in the parking lot for an hour), they told me I wasn't allowed in unless I made a purchase. Never have I been denied a public restroom from anywhere, including a waffle house. I guess they assumed I was homeless.
There was no signs dictating the restrooms were for customers only and no other waffle house had treated me this way. I left without purchasing anything and I plan to never go back. Do what you will with this information.

Staff were friendly, and the establishment was clean. I was given my waffle prior to the rest of my meal, it took a while so they remade my waffle and served it with the rest of the meal once it was finished, which was nice.

I don’t know how I feel really, the server was sweet just really not all the way there. It took her awhile to come to me and she still had to be prompted, “ma’am should I come to the register or…..” “no I’ll come to you..” “uh….. okay” (conversation verbatim).
The grill guy was almost in the same boat as the server, seasoning chicken and cutting bell peppers which is fine. But I worked with some amazing grill masters at Waffle house who use to have the customers orders done before the server even took it. Customer service is team work and they just weren’t a good team.
She was kind though, I had a craving for something and the gravy was the most important part of that. She gave me the old gravy and not only could you look and see but he literally threw it out 5 minutes after she served me. They should’ve replaced my gravy in all honesty and that bothered me a bit.
My boyfriend’s cheesesteak melt was good though.
Waffle House is what it is!

I think it’s completely unacceptable for how I place a $30 order and got no meat what so ever that I order….at this point I’m really over it how do you forget the mean part of the meal it’s okay because this is the last time Waffle house

I came in to waffle House for the first time. The young lady was so nice and friendly she had great personality great customer service skills I asked for a steak egg and cheese bowl I heard her relate this message to the Cook I grab the bag tip the young lady and when I get to my job there were no eggs in my bowl so I called the waffle house because I want my money back the phone will not connect me to anyone I am pissed. July 23, 2025 the incident happened at 7:30sm
I hate that this one is take out only after 6pm. Especially considering this was my 3rd attempt at having waffle house for dinner. 1st place was packed, 2nd place didn't even acknowledge we were there even though nobody else was in there, and now this one is take out only.

Waffle House has always had an excellent menu but the food at this particular one is no less than amazing. The service was very friendly and smiled the entire time. They made the atmosphere very relaxing. We will definitely not forget about this place!

Gooey undercooked waffles, even after asking for crispy waffles. Way overcooked sausage. But, this is the norm for Waffle House, nationwide. After 60+ years of eating at Waffle House, we have decided to place it on the No go list. I'm not sure what happened to Waffle House over the years, but it certainly has gone downhill rather quickly. I'd sooner eat a frozen Waffle from the grocery store than anything from Waffle House.
