The lady that took our order was drunk. My order was wrong. They served us food in take out containers when we dined in. Both my husband and I ordered double hashbrown,waffles, and toast. I ordered ddbl hashbrown with toast. The hostess forgot my toast. When I told the hostess about the toast, she went and brought back the toast that was wrapped in foil. The guy that cooked was very rude to the hostess. Both their communication was not all off. She was calling orders all wrong he was grumpy and very sloppy.

28 Feb ‘24 1000 am. You can see in pics what I ordered vs what I received and the unwashed utensils. Fiesta Omelette is no longer on menu but server told me I could get one anyway. It comes with two slices of cheese, grilled onions, jalapeños, smoked ham, diced tomatoes. So good. What I received was completely gross with a ton of mushrooms, three jalapeño slices, one tiny smudge of tomato? and that was it. No ham. No diced tomatoes. No onions grilled or otherwise. Only one slice of cheese. The grits were good but had to ask for butter. Ordered white toast but received wheat. Oh and my spoon and fork were both unwashed. The bathroom was disgusting! The cook was a total #*&@ to our server, very disrespectful. The server was nice and I didn’t complain to her about the food. I just ate the grits and toast and some of the omelette that wasn’t touching the mushrooms. I despise mushrooms.

Best Waffle House in the Savannah Area! I always have Linda as my server! Linda always has a smile, is positive and always give great personal service! Angie the general manager always is working on the grill when needed. Always on the floor when employees could use a little help. Angie truly cares that the customers have a good experience!

Disgusting...And the cooks attitude is ridiculous towards the waitress. Honestly got the feeling because we're white it pissed her off. Yes, racism works both ways. The most horrible atmosphere and food ever. Not clean, rude cook, I feel bad for our poor waitress. My husband wanted a bowl of Chili, oops crock pot, warmer hadn't been turned on all day the male cook with an attitude that matched the female cooks, scoops it out and was going to heat it up over the stove. My husband kindly expressed before when finding out it wasn't turned on all day that he was good no longer wanted it. Then the guy cook heats it up slams it down in front of him. We never complained. I only asked when Texas patty melt started being served on wheat toast, our poor waitress didn't know. If a fist fight ever breaks out in here it wouldn't surprise me. Their attitudes were just horrible. I could tell our waitress had been harassed way before we entered by the cooks. We paid our bill left our waitress a tip because of the cooks treatment towards her. We won't be back and I will make it known this WH is horrible!

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AFTER HOURS!!! Arrived at 3:15am. Place was TRASHED and I am no where near exaggerating. At least 3 tables dirty with food that had been sitting to where it was dried on the plates. No one cooking no one sitting tables. NO ONE ANYWHERE. We were super confused. Guy comes from the office with a vape of all things. No shame or discretion at all and he has the audacity to put it up to his lips and says nothing. How gross!!!! That one act alone is a major violation when it comes to food handling and consumption. Call the health department!!!! With the filth on multiple tables and no visible staff present NO WAY WERE WE GOING TO SPEND OUR MONEY HERE. We leave and see the guy walk back to the office. While we’re searching for another Waffle House a young lady comes from the back and stands at the cooking station. Both appeared to not have a care in the world. Didn’t even try to clean or make themselves busy. I’m not a fan of people losing their jobs but throw the whole staff away immediately and start from scratch. Who ever those individuals were displayed a lack of respect for their employer and customers.
