Travelling through and stopped in for a quick meal. Unfortunately at dinner time this location was out of a few things we wanted to order and other items were still frozen. The staff were fantastic and overall we were happy with the visit.

Pulled in at 12:00 midnight, as we have been traveling all day and nothing else is open around here. Not even the McDonald’s who is supposed to be 24 hours. Pulled in Waffle House and seen 2 families inside eating. The cook was outside smoking and said he wasn’t cooking anything else for another 45 minutes to an hour. With no explanation…
When we first got there we were very very disappointed! Our waitress Pat was very rude! She had the nerve to tell us it was in between shift change and she'd get to us when she could or what ever happened first. Then we was looking at the menus she came back asked what we wanted yanked the menu out of my sisters hand took mine up off table while I was looking at it walked away. Came back. Took our order, I asked for a double bacon sandwich w/ limp bacon she asked on what ?♀️. Then got rest of order. When order came out my bacon was burnt, but our new waitress fixed everything. Plus Pat had my bacon sandwich down as a chicken bacon sandwich, really Pat get with the program. Our new waitress Christy I do believe the sweetest person went well beyond to make my dinner correct. Thank you so for caring?,. Also thank you to the cook for preparing our food y'all tonight are appreciated. After a long day of traveling all you wanna do is get a good bite to eat, a good night's rest and be thankful for your day. But you have some people that just get to you sometimes. And Pat your that person tonight. Please try to do better don't be so rude, advice from a tired traveler.
Small German roaches were crawling all over booths . it was understaffed so Ash tried to assist everyone the best she could but after I saw those I couldn’t even finish my food. One even crawled on my table. Really should look into better pest control and a thorough deep
