The fact that this Walmart has an average of barely two stars is no surprise. Customer Service is non-existent and when there is live person "helping", you might as well be dealing with a machine because the live personnel are mostly dismissive and/or clueless. The only exception is the pharmacy staff. They are actually quite helpful and courteous. Perhaps if Walmart corporate's policy included paying their associates a decent hourly wage, the store could recruit and retain more people who give a rat's a*** Of course giving a rat's a** is generally the exception in customer service these days, so maybe they are smart to just continue the trend of replacing service jobs with automation.

This Walmart is absolutely ridiculous. Never have any registers open , might as well ask for a job application because you scanning your own items every time you go . They hire over 100 employees that you never see . Absolutely ridiculous!!

Even though the prices are very low, this Walmart has some room to improve. In general, many of the shelves are not fully stocked and the inventory is haphazardly scattered. On the up-side, this location has numerous check-out lines, resulting in short queues.
