Tried to buy a few bushels of crabs from this place, talked to a guy twice, both times he was really nice, first call he ask me to call back two days before I needed them, called back and a woman answered stating that they do take orders days before, I tried to explain that I was told to call back, she in a very nasty tone said we don’t take orders and hung up, fast forward to the day I needed, again young man answered and told him what I needed, he said he had one of the 3 bushels that I wanted and the other 2 would be in a little later (possibly)
I ask him to hold that 1 even if the others didn’t come in, which he agreed. Very nice man. When I called back, the lady answered this time, tried to tell her about my conversation about two hours earlier, she didn’t want to hear it, we don’t have any won’t have any, ask could I speak to gentleman, phone hung up! Tried to call back a couple of times, no answer!

Great seafood and great service. Never been dissatisfied. The grouper filets are one of my favorite go to quick meals. I love the fresh shrimp. We get the fresh trout and flounder as well. Great care taken of the fresh catches.

Horrible customer service. I called about oysters and was told we have a party to go to so even though she stated they didn’t close until 6 they would not sell my oysters due to a party she had to go to. I have been going here to get seafood for a long time and the young lady was extremely rude.

Me and my wife family have spent so much of money with Warren's. And always had a great experience up until this point I will not be returning here after dealing with the young lady there. She was beyond rude to us snapping like we weren’t coming to spend our hard earned money. If you hate the job just don’t do it. It takes to much to be that rude. To the guy that stepped in to smooth things over thank you for always being kind but that still wasn’t enough to even continue to purchase anything for her.
