This place is amazing, but Summer has made me twice cancel my order, she made it very clear that rudness was accepted by the owner, and the manager Brenda is busy doing important stuff so she has no time for customers. My family and I have supported this small business since the beginning, after today we will no longer. Summer has zero customer service skills and she represents what we don't need in this community.

I love this shop, and would love to give them 5 stars, but can’t because I am not sure who this shop is catered to? It’s a cafe/coffee shop but doesn’t open before a “standard work day”? I do have a small suggestion in regards to the hours. I want to support small business, but not opening until 8 (which is surprisingly earlier than most other small business coffee shops in the area) really drives me to have to go to the box stores like Starbucks for a morning coffee. I’d be great to be able to grab a coffee beverage before work from here, but the late start time makes it hard to support. A recommendation is to please maybe offer the coffee counter at 730 for the commuter folks.
Fantastic shop all around! Friendly staff, delicious sandwiches, and great coffee when I’m able to grab it!

We're visiting Savannah and went here by accident; we were looking for a grocery store. The food was excellent, as was the coffee and the service. I had their wonderful granola; my husband had an egg sandwich on a bagel. As we ate, we watched a flood of neighborhood folks come and order. People love it! Lots of options for specialty eaters, too - vegan, gluten-free, etc.

Not even a welcome hello, and I sat down for five minutes and I was ignored completely, I was so hungry but I got upset and left, I rather go somewhere else if I'm upset, food will tate terrible if I stay. Bad experience bad service. I didn't try the coffe or food.

Waters cafe is a very cute and very well run coffee and sandwich stop. The specials are always fantastic, and the workers are as friendly as they come. Highly recommend if you like a brightly colored, inclusive atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: Several vegan options and almost everything is customizable to make it vegetarian or vegan if you prefer. They even have vegan deli meat!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options are also available.
