Edited to add a star for the employee that gave up her table so Mom could sit while waiting. Many thanks!
I would not have tipped had I known I needed to get up and get my own silverware after the food was brought out. (Mom was not impressed with the waffles.) I am, relatively certain, I am expected to clear our table. Further, the waffles were over priced and no half order available, resulting in my choosing not to order for myself. The cashier and environment were pleasant.

Took my wife here while we were in Savannah and we ordered the “Albert” it was so good I had to ensure it was Vegan and it was!!! Highly recommend and we’re going back
Great coffee, food, service & vibe!
Dining with Dirk: Sunday Edition of never have I ever. I've frankly let myself down for not trying it sooner; it's an entire vibe. At Waters Cafe in Baldwin Park, the staff greeted me and exchanged pleasantries as soon as I entered. I ordered a standard bacon egg and cheese croissant, a made-in-house hibiscus-lemonade, and a drip black coffee. The sandwich was exactly what a BEC should be, and the Hibiscus-Ade was refreshing and delicious. Waters Cafe is perfect if you like colors, art, pleasant staff, and decent prices. The total was $16.50 plus tip.

Everything was amazing! The fruit was so fresh and ripe. We had the salmon lox which was amazing, waffles, and the yogurt.

Very colorful and cozy little cafe. I LOVED the waffle sammie-- the best mcgriddle equivalent I've had. They have seasonal drinks and I ended up with the hibiscus lemonade-- wonderfully tart like lemonade should be. Everything I've had here is just so tasty. They have special syrups as well.
It's a small place with limited parking. They have the option for to go if you need a quick tasty meal from a local spot.

Restaurantji Recommends
My son and his girlfriend took my wife and I to Waters Cafe for a mid morning breakfast. We got a variety of sandwiches and coffee drinks and ate outside.
The restaurant is very clean and organized with a pretty decor. I thought the food was very good and the prices fair.
I especially liked the rapport with the staff who were very friendly and you could tell everyone got along, which is great in that they work in a fairly small space.
We took another sandwich to go for our ride back to Atlanta.
Cool neighborhood place, not touristy, and highly recommended!

We're hoping for more of a sit down Cafe. Instead, it was basically a coffee shop with limited choices for breakfast to eat. So we left.
